@kylerabend7 pretty much you are at the beck and call of the location you work at. Any route any time. They'll even send us on rear loads as helpers when they need to. Which I hate doing.
@@tobiasjaramillo4383 I got my class A license when I was 19 during a 6mo period I did class A delivery work for a local company until I was able to get hired with a trash company and got hired with republic when I was 20 during the pandemic and since then I been with the company about to be 4 years
