I hate when people have that "not my problem" or "its someones job to clean that up" attitude. Their job is to pick up trash bagged up and thrown away properly. Not deal with customers laziness.
must be getting ready for someone important to visit so the city decides to clean up a few areas that much trash and stuff doesn't just pile up overnight
You would be surprised at how much trash uncivilized people can make and leave behind, as in where ever you live go for a drive out on the back roads and open your eyes to what is on the ground from those that drive those back roads or even main highways
