I made this last week and it was amazing. First time i made a cheesecake and it was the best cheesecake my boyfriend and i ever eaten! So creamy and perfect. Not too sweet not too dense juste perfection. I made the exact recipe exept for the cream cheese and the biscuit base. I converted 1 pound in grams and it gives me 500gr so i put that much in the mixture and choose to use speculos lotus biscuit for the base. I also made a salted caramel for the topping and it turn out perfect! Definately gonna save this recipe ! Thank you! ☺

Hi Samir! It's because the cake is a bit under cooked. Next time you can bake it for more minutes (try with 15 minutes more). this is really good, I am going to give it a shot, you just boosted my confidence in baked cheesecakes. Hopefully it wont crack or sink at the centre (fingers crossed)
To avoid cracks on cheesecake, you don't have to overbeat the mix; to avoid it, you can also use a whisk and not an electric mixer. The second important tip is don't overbake it (the center should jiggle a little when it's cooked) and bake it at low temperature. Last but not least, you have to cool it down gradually. Let me know how it turns out...I'm sure it will be a success 😍💕

I made this cake today. I only have a 9-inch pan so I multiply the recipe by (area of 9-inch pan / area of 10-inch pan), which is 0.81. It's soft and creamy but my family thinks it is a bit too sweet. Maybe next time I'll reduce the amount of sugar or use brown sugar instead. Idk why but I don't get the browned edge like yours. Mine is browned at the top with some darker spots. Besides, idk how soft and creamy it's supposed to be. So, idk if I got the texture right or not. Thanks for the recipe!
Is that a must to keep a water filled tray at the bottom rack. Can't we place it on the top rack. Because I have a 32 litre oven and most of the time it makes the top burning. So I always used to place the cakes at the bottom rack. Please let me know can I place the water filled tray in the top rack 😊🤗🙏

Thanks for your receipe! I've tried twice following your ingredients, the first try was super duper fantastic! Yet the second try was not so good because i tried to chilled the cheesecake without baking it with the oven. Unfortunately, I almost failed with my second cake😱(due to self-laziness.. (guys,learn from my mistake hahaha)) Little reminder to whoever who have a thought of skipping the baking step, this cheesecake receipe must be bake in the oven then chilled(just like what the video have shown), straight up chill without baking is a nono😂

Hello Little Treats! The pot with hot water below cheesecake is needful for keeping cheesecake soft and moist inside. My oven have a led that notificate me when the oven reaches the righ temperature (for this cake 160°C). If you hoven don't have it, I think that about 15 minutes could work...let me know! Hugs

It might not have a vanilla flavor tho if u dont use it lol

Hey I have sweetened whipping cream available at the moment so is it fine if I skip the sugar and add a few tablespoons of condensed milk(if needed) in order to cope up with the eggs and the cream cheese?

AMAZING RECIPE! Just that the center of my cheesecake turned out to be runnier than the other parts! Do I have to leave it in the over for longer or in the fridge for longer so that it can hard!

Hi Samir! It's because the cake is a bit under cooked. Next time you can bake it for more minutes (try with 15 minutes more). What should I do if I added a bit too much whipping cream? Would it affect the cheesecake?
this is really good, I am going to give it a shot, you just boosted my confidence in baked cheesecakes. Hopefully it wont crack or sink at the centre (fingers crossed)
To avoid cracks on cheesecake, you don't have to overbeat the mix; to avoid it, you can also use a whisk and not an electric mixer. The second important tip is don't overbake it (the center should jiggle a little when it's cooked) and bake it at low temperature. Last but not least, you have to cool it down gradually. Let me know how it turns out...I'm sure it will be a success 😍💕

I made this cake today. I only have a 9-inch pan so I multiply the recipe by (area of 9-inch pan / area of 10-inch pan), which is 0.81. It's soft and creamy but my family thinks it is a bit too sweet. Maybe next time I'll reduce the amount of sugar or use brown sugar instead.
Idk why but I don't get the browned edge like yours. Mine is browned at the top with some darker spots.
Besides, idk how soft and creamy it's supposed to be. So, idk if I got the texture right or not.

Is that a must to keep a water filled tray at the bottom rack. Can't we place it on the top rack. Because I have a 32 litre oven and most of the time it makes the top burning. So I always used to place the cakes at the bottom rack. Please let me know can I place the water filled tray in the top rack 😊🤗🙏

Thanks for your receipe! I've tried twice following your ingredients, the first try was super duper fantastic! Yet the second try was not so good because i tried to chilled the cheesecake without baking it with the oven. Unfortunately, I almost failed with my second cake😱(due to self-laziness.. (guys,learn from my mistake hahaha))
Little reminder to whoever who have a thought of skipping the baking step, this cheesecake receipe must be bake in the oven then chilled(just like what the video have shown), straight up chill without baking is a nono😂

Hello Little Treats! The pot with hot water below cheesecake is needful for keeping cheesecake soft and moist inside. My oven have a led that notificate me when the oven reaches the righ temperature (for this cake 160°C). If you hoven don't have it, I think that about 15 minutes could work...let me know! Hugs
