Hi :) What is the correct fuel level in the carburetor. In the service manual it says that + -2mm above the upper edge of the float chamber. But it cannot be set like this. The float height is 16.5 mm + -2mm and with this setting the fuel level is below the edge of the chamber float.

@@moshikstern222 Hey man, as far as I know you can search these products on Aliexpress as well. Just check for Kawasaki Bayou 300 carburetor. But if I am not mistaken, those are for 32mm carbs which fits Kawasaki Vulcan 400 perfectly. I think you need to look for 34mm for Kawasaki Vulcan 800s.

This is the item description to search for: "1 Set Carburetor Repair Rebuild Tool Kit For Kawasaki Vulcan VN800 Keihin 95-06". It fits the Keihin carburetor model CVK36, which is installed on Kawasaki VN800 of these years. By the way: one of the "problems" of these carburetors is adjusting the Idle Mixture. The Idle Mixture screw is simply un-reachable and all you get is burned fingers from the hot motor. You can buy a replacement Idle Mixture Screw which has a turning knob on it, which makes the adjustment easy, as it is accessible without burning your fingures ! You can buy this special screw on eBay: "Carburetor Carb Idle Mixture Screw For Harley 1990-2006 CV & CVK 34-36 Keihin". Thanks again !
