I love to travel but roaming fees (at least for Canadians) are outrageous with our cell phone providers. I’m wondering if you have ever purchased and used eSim cards and how they actually work? They seem to be a very reasonable way to use your cell phone in other countries.
I had many of your videos on my Playlist…but with the last update, the library and playlists seem to have disappeared! I hate having to relearn how to find things! Thanks for what you do.

You know...I just try to stay positive about this stuff when I go to the Apple store. I'm older with gray hair and I'd like to believe I'm treated the same as all the young people in there, but I don't know... At least when watching my videos there's no rush!

Rich, at 78 (soon 79) I watch YT all the time. I use to be able to have CC all the time but now I have to turn it on on every video. Is there a way to do this via the App? Also someone told me about Opera (new app that is like Google and Safari) but you are able to watch via Opera and wondering if there was a way to also turn on CC for those of us that are hard of hearing. I get tired of having to turn on CC every video. Thank you and I found your channel about 4 months ago and find it very interesting. Thank you for taking the time to help of over the hill seniors lol😅😅
I use the TH-cam App on my phone and Apple TV. On my iPads, I watch TH-cam in Safari, as it is the desktop version and presents much more information with fewer clicks/taps.

I have an Apple Air iad that is how ver 8 years old and I am ready to upgrade. I have learned so much from your tutorials and I would like to ask what you suggest for an. Almost91year old women with a very bad eye problem. I followed your videos because you w making no them for your mom. I would be concerned about the performance and especially and especially the cost for my limited income. Thanks
If you'd like to be cost effective, the new 10th generation iPad is a good option. I also recommend the 5th generation iPad Air if you have a little more to spend. Both are great. I hope this helps!
I have an Ipad Air5. If I google TH-cam, and use it by that route, I can comment, but can't edit or delete. If I download the TH-cam App, I can edit or delete previous comments, but it won't allow new comments. I've searched for a solution, but from what I'm seeing it is a huge Apple (or TH-cam) glitch. I'm not tech savvy. Any guidance would be appreciated. Right now I use my old Samsung Tab A for TH-cam.
You never mentioned watching videos through your history. Is it necessary to remove videos from your history as I have hundreds. And just recently YT changed that format too by putting a date that you viewed it. It tends to crowd my history even more.
There's no need to clear your history if you don't want to. It doesn't take up space on your iPad. I did show how you can slide to the left over a video in your history and delete it. I do clean out my viewing history from time to time. Thanks so much for watching!
You may have a different version of software. Gen 5 iPad is a lot older than the iPad I was using. I had a One 5 until a couple years ago and finally got new stuff. But thanks so much for watching.
Where have you been all my life I have one more question. When your history list grows and grows and grows how do you get rid of it do you have to stand there and swipe left on every single video you’ve ever watched? Mine does not delete itself as far as I can see, and I had to delete you off of TV because it took too much space.
Honestly, you'd think TH-cam would make it easy to erase your history but they do not. As far as I know, you have to swipe them off one at a time. For me, it's too much trouble. I don't delete my viewing history. It doesn't take up any space on your iPad so there's no need to unless you just want to keep the history clean. Thanks for the kind words!
Thank you for replying. It makes me nuts when I think it’s me. That I’m just not seeing something that’s screaming right at me. And I had to laugh at another annoying habit of TH-cam is spellcheck. Instead of me deleting TH-cam, it said I deleted you, which is not the case.
Well here’s a surprise. Underneath settings on my Apple TV down at the very bottom, history and data and it says clear watch history, and clear search data. Under clear, watch history, it says clear this account watch history from all devices. This will also clear your stories watch history. Which opens a really big can of worms because I don’t wanna watch the same stories over and over again just because I’ve cleared the fact that I’ve seen them once.
What if u can’t scroll down what if it’s not up there and down somewhere else? What if u searched and read 8 texts and watched 5 videos and got nothing helpful?

I’m used to a PC, the one I’m having trouble with iPad is, if I want to press ESC, I can’t find it in iPad.
Love this info on iPad use. One thing is there a way to delete all videos? Not just swiping each one but as a bunch?
Not that I know of. Because that would be too easy...

Aghhhh our screens dont look the same and it is hard to see the small screen and print…i have generation 5 iPad….I so need Sr help!
