Pokemon but all Catchable Pokemon are Level 1 and they don't gain EXP

In this video, I try to beat a modified Pokemon Black 2 that makes every obtainable Pokemon a level 1. I also turned off exp, and banned the use of rare candy's.
Can You Beat Pokemon if all Obtainable Pokemon are Level 1? Today we find out.
