Kei Ogura (Ogura Kei, 小椋佳, born January 18, 1944 in Ueno, Taito, Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese singer, songwriter and composer. He was also a bank clerk of Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank, after graduation from the University of Tokyo. His musical career was in parallel with banking activity. Wow very talentend man!

そうですね。でも、この曲を聞くと魔術師帰らずを考えてしまう、そんな悲しい曲です。でも、そんな状況を思い出してくれる、この曲は最高です。
私はマニアックな銀英伝ファンではないので小掠さんがこの作品に歌を提供された経緯は存じませんが、彼のエンディング無くしてこの作品は成立しなかったでしょう。この映像でも噛み締めながら、頷きながら唄う姿、クリエイティブのエピソードが知りたくなりました。
은하영웅전설.. 삼국지와 더블어 가장 기억에 남는 소설이자 애니메이션. 환송의 노래 속에 율리안 민츠의 회상은 평생 잊을 수 없는 장면이다.

小椋佳さんの「歓送の歌」は中西さんや布施さんのそれとは少し違うのです。Die Neue Theseをみて、また改めて本伝を読み直し、アニメを見なおしました。
小椋佳さんは「小椋佳にしか出来ない」歌い方をしますからねぇ。私は「歌う時の首の微妙な振り方
」でリズムを取るからああいう歌い方になると思っています
