My Future House, On a New Location, in many Different Versions [V3] - 3D Render

Well, as a family of four, we had one old house, that needed very expensive restoration, so we left it that way and bought a bigger and newer one, across the street, in which we are still living for the last 16 years. We also have one empty, unused location, 15x40 meters, two streets above the one we live now. In my life, I did thousands of projects for other people, fulfilling all their wishes, and went through many different styles, perfected them and also liked them. At the moment, my biggest dilemma is, what style should I use for my future new house? I have a very small new location, with restricted rules and all house versions that I made for now, and will make in future, have almost the same size and position. So, I decided to make at least four or more completely different looks from the outside, with same functions, and leave the overall choice to my family and friends. The first one is very Traditional, modernized Serbian house and Eclectic in style. The second one is made in Contemporary, more Art-Deco, Hollywood style. The third one, looks like few Nordic ones, with stone base and only mirrors on the outside, to reflect the surrounding nature. I replaced mirrors in two last clips with wood, just for better understanding the form of the house. The fourth one is Classic, luxury style, with lots of decorations, and I am still working on it. Previous three, I made in just few days, but I decided to spend more time on the last one and add more quality to it. In all of them, I used furniture that I recently made or converted. I also use very shiny materials and surfaces, for better feeling of 3D movement. My goal in 3D modeling was never just reality, although I know very well how to do it. My 3D work, is mainly for practice, presenting my daily ideas and rendering them as quickly as possible, so I never used path tracer, and very rarely Lumen, since I have a modest PC configuration.
