Girl I'm Haitian You will find this seasoning in every Haitian home, this is how we season our meats, fish 🐟 etc...mine I use celery, garlic , ginger, green onion, bell peppers every color, parsley, onions paprika for color, Sea salt I do not use cubes then blend it with olive oil ,
