Log Rolling

Logrolling in Plano? Prior to the development of roads and trains, log rollers used rivers to transport cut logs from forests to sawmills. Students will work on improving balance, agility, footwork, core strength, and build confidence while learning the fundamentals of log rolling. Students will learn how to stand up on the log and the footwork to make the log spin while standing. Plano Parks and Recreation is now offering log rolling classes for three age groups: 7-10, 11-15, and 16 and up.
