Is there a timing for entering code or we enter whenever we want before the concert, because I can't see the live button and how we can update the tiktok, as I'm new to tiktok I don't really know. Please answer my questions
I’m not sure about the timing because I’m still confused myself but you can update your TikTok application by entering PlayStore/AppStore, searching TikTok, and an update option should be available then unless your app is already up to date.
I actually had the exact same problem as you up until this morning. I figured out some tips on how to fix this problem and what I did was: Turn off your vpn if you have one on Update your TikTok if it isn’t already up to date Enter TikTok and log out of your account (You can do this by going to settings and scrolling down all the way to the bottom, there should be a log out option there) Leave the app and re-enter Search for @/lottedutyfree_official and follow them (The app will ask you to sign up in order to follow them so sign back into your account) Then you will see the live option on their account and just do as the video tells you to from then on It took a lot of patience and struggling but this is what worked for me and I hope it will work for you too :)💜

try the "forgot email" or "forgot password"...they will send verification to the email you registered before, makw sure you can access the email, if not, just make another account if you can't remember your old one...

I’m not sure about the timing because I’m still confused myself but you can update your TikTok application by entering PlayStore/AppStore, searching TikTok, and an update option should be available then unless your app is already up to date.
I actually had the exact same problem as you up until this morning. I figured out some tips on how to fix this problem and what I did was:
Turn off your vpn if you have one on
Update your TikTok if it isn’t already up to date
Enter TikTok and log out of your account (You can do this by going to settings and scrolling down all the way to the bottom, there should be a log out option there)
Leave the app and re-enter
Search for @/lottedutyfree_official and follow them (The app will ask you to sign up in order to follow them so sign back into your account)
Then you will see the live option on their account and just do as the video tells you to from then on
It took a lot of patience and struggling but this is what worked for me and I hope it will work for you too :)💜

I did everything with a new email: the application, the new TikTok account... and I also „connected“ my new TikTok account to my Facebook account. I don’t know if this works because I already tried to help some people but it didn’t work for them. Unfortunately I don’t know how it works either I just did everything from the beginnen.
