Hey, man, I have a query.
I just want to apply a text drop shadow to another text, and I don't want to apply the drop shadow to the background. So how do I do that?

Write click on the shadow in the layer panel and click create layer. Then on the drop shadow layer, hold slt and click on it to create a clipping mask on the text layer below it.

Why did you pasted drop shadow on the word SHADOWS when you background was totally black?

U can use it In case u want to add another text under it. ( in this example u can hide that shadow since we dont need it here )
