    I like how when their father tells the boys not to play with their trains on his car, the mother tells them "don't let him take your toys...you can do what you want". She'll continue that attitude throughout their life and when they hit puberty and become monsters, she'll then play victim; expecting their father to step in to discipline them. And this type of "toxicity"/abuse never gets discussed in the mainstream.

      You can tell she hates that man, and is making it a point to put him down. When my parents divorced, the first thing my Mom did the last few weeks in the house was only refer to my Dad as "derb"
      She'd be all
      "Hi, DRB! HOW you doin DRB?! Do you know what that stands for? DIRTY ROTTEN BASTARD! Because you're a dirty rotten bastard for leaving us. How does it feel to be a dirty rotten bastard"
      And after the divorce, when my sis and I still spent time with him, she'd always go "WOW, and you still like spending time with him? You're ok with being abandoned? ok. Must be nice to abandon your family and still have your kids"
      And stuff like that. So petty and spiteful. We weren't ever allowed to sleep over, even though he always had an apartment with a guest room and a bed. We were grilled everytime we came home from spending time with him. What did we say, what did he say, etc.
      And the sad thing too was, after the divorce, it was actually the best time my sis and I had with my Dad. Because he was making time for us, taking us to the park, to movies, spending time just talking. And my Mom just pissed all over that everytime. Coming home was so demoralizing.
      Its sad when parents make it all about themselves, it just ends up punishing the children.

    • @jameswayton2340
      @jameswayton2340 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Its called generational trauma. It only stops when somebody heals themselves from trauma before they make children. If you don't do that you are likely or often garuanteed to give your problems and shortcoming onto your child. You are unhealthy as a person? you are unhealthy as a parent. You have an unhealthy parent? you become a unhealthy person. Thats how it go's, over and over again, for hundreds of years, one generation to the next, until somebody recognizes they have trauma and fixes it.
      I can say without any doubt these kids will be traumatized by their childhood. Literally the moment in the video itself is already one trauma.

Got whatever time I could with the kid and bit my tongue scared that she would do something crazy and end up not seeing my daughter at all. 18 years of tolerating this abuse and last week my daughter ran away from her... because of HER actions towards my baby. Have given the kid all support and love that wanted to give her all this time and found out the bi@tch spent the last 18 years speaking ill of me to the point my daughter thought I didn't wanted to take care of her. Now I'm the one she's talking to and not her mom. We have a stronger bond than ever expected and are helping each other heal the wounds and trauma her mother festered on both of us all of these years. Admittedly, I've rarely been called for testimony but courts do take our opinion very seriously. If your kid has good attendance, looks well kept and has her homework done during your custody time, that helps you fight accusations of child neglect a lot.

    As the oldest out of my siblings those fights eventually numb me to the situation to the point where it was background noises to me.
    Honestly at this point I don't care if I rich or poor, all I care about is not repeating my parents mistakes and being good husband and father myself. If I do that then I finally be content with myself

      Here's what it means: The judge was the perfect stooge/activist for the job. The family court system is designed in such a way that it selects for these people to carry out the agenda of political and social activists. These people are indoctrinated in the universities and law schools by marxists and feminists. By the time they get out into the real world, they cause all sort of damage to families. The judges break up the families and destroy men/patriarchy, marriage counselors and psychiatrists exacerbate the damage by manipulating the feelings of the women, the lawyers encourage false accusations of abuse in order to facilitate gorging themselves on the money and estate of the divorced family, and the state gets a stronger hold on the kids while popular culture indoctrinates them and weakens them with ideological and physical poison. All of this is connected.

Thats what people have an issue with. Her handling of this is uncalled for and this isn't about the haircut, its about her anger and hatred toward him. Now replay the video and count how many times she asked him to tell her where he got the kids haircut at. So why didn't he just answer the question? He can obviously see that this is upsetting her, so why not calm things down by just answering her question? It's bc he wanted to trigger her, hence him recording to use this as justification for bm's lie of bw being combative and difficult.
      Now let's flip this and see how you would react if this happened to you. You go to pick your kid up from their mother and you see your child in a cast. You ask the mother repeatedly what happened? She refuses to tell you. The child is too young to explain. So you're telling me as a parent, you don't have the right to be upset about what happened to your child and the mother refuses to tell you?.
      So again, he caused this thing to be escalated bc
      1. He didn't consult the mother on something that affects the child.
      2. He refused to answer her legitimate question regarding the child.

My 19-year-old sister is dating a 21-year-old. Her boyfriend is emotionally, verbally, and physically abusive and I have seen him punch her for spending time with her female friends. I am going to help her but I have to help my co-worker first because his age gap is creepy. I went up to him to talk to him about it and he said: “I’m fine”.
      After that, I went to talk to my sister and she asked me for help because she wanted to leave her abusive boyfriend but he threatened to kill her. I will help her after I help my co-worker because he takes top priority. I tried to talk to him again but he still said that he was fine and that his friends and family already know about the relationship. I have been following him around and I saw him and his girlfriend on a date and they were having fun and seemed happy. This is weird because when he’s around her he seems comfortable and happy but when my sister is around her boyfriend she is scared shitless.
      My sister called me saying that her boyfriend beat her up pretty badly and broke her leg and then stabbed her because he caught her trying to leave. This was one of the most maddening things when I was working for a family law attorney. Whoever wasn't the custodial parent had to ask for/about every little thing like haircuts or this kinda thing would happen and, by court of law, she's "in the right". Had so many mothers pull this card on the fathers and my state is a "mommy state" so mothers are "rarely in the wrong" in the eyes of the court. The biases are ultimately why I had to switch jobs, for the sake of my sanity.

Sorry asking as I know to loose your parental rights here you either have to actually abandon the child of assault them

    • @thrrax
      @thrrax 2 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      @@lunar686 The bar is so low, because the laws are made against the men. They have to pay and abide by the rules in order to see their kids, and the fear of no longer being able to see them keeps them hostage in these situations. And if some of them try to act like fathers, and have fun with their kids outside the rules of "the box", they can get punished real hard. That's why some kids, after turning 18, flip the switch on their "custodial parent", which is usually the mother.
      Imagine in this situation, that the father took his sons in for a fun day, and cut their hair himself, while joking and making them laugh, and genuinely having a good time, like I used to have with my father when he would cut my hair when I was a kid. Did that matter for the mother? Nope. She just found a perfect excuse to be shitty with the father of her kids, and will probably try to use this as leverage sometime in the future in order to try and get some shit from him.

And because I try to be the bigger person and refuse to badmouth her in front of my children I am constantly having to defuse situations she creates by whatever lies and manipulation she puts on them while they are with her. My mom would threaten to take my brother and I away and try to get us dressed in the middle of the night to leave, or threaten to just kill us. Eventually she started hitting him as well and I think there was no going back after that. My mom still makes herself out to be the victim, the most accountability she's had was saying she should have said sorry more, because that fixes everything apparently. I couldn't be manipulated like my husband and I kept to the facts, recorded every missed day of school, every missed therapy appointments and doctor appointments. I submitted it all to the judge and after 4 yrs we won full custody and we STILL offered the mom supervised visitation even though the courts denied her that. She then bailed on her visit (after I had my son dressed , ready and waiting for his mom to show up she never did) we stripped all visitation rights after that and she disappeared and had another baby and abandoned her son. We moved a state away and our soon is THRIVING, about to be 14 and he's the biggest blessing in my life and I couldn't be prouder to have had a hand in the person he is today. Telling me that the kids didn't want to be around me over the phone when in fact they were crying constantly to see me. Telling me that the kids wanted to change their last names because they were ashamed to have my name because I was struggling to pay child support while I was unemployed and would sometimes refuse visitation because I didn't pay her enough money for the kids. The moment I raised my voice to her, she would refuse visitation rights.
    If I took them anywhere, she would have to call them constantly to check up on them, in fear I would abuse my children.
    It's more common than you think. Women use kids as a weapon to attack the ex because they know that in doing this, it hurts a man inside to see their children being used like this and they have LITTLE to NO recourse to address this and that if a man does take the issue to court, a judge will normally take the side of a woman over a man. A woman's pride, she would rather scar the children in order to get back at the man that left her because some women don't care about their kids, they care about their pride.

    Saddest thing is that it seems that the dad is the best possible parents, not the mother. During the situation that they are harassing him for taking care of their kids it was clear that the father was more concerned with his children and trying to stay calm and de-escalate the situation.

    This is the epitome of some women's need to be argumentative for no reason at all.

      @@Novvax312 so, I’m guessing you actually never experience this situation or seen hoe they end up, is up to them tho and the father to explain shit if this continues to be toxic and manipulating his kids too. There boys but if when they grown adults, he doesn’t try to explain his hardship of why she was trying to make it impossible for him to be in their life. Then he also failed at the end of the day even thought he is dealing with a crazy person. And he definitely found someone else, and since there boys he should teach them about these type of women. (Assuming that they are into the opposite gender). Grown adults would definitely come with a conclusion that makes sense to them and what they experience. For now unfortunately they have to go through unnecessary trauma from immature adult. Of course everybody has different outcomes but the thing that the father can have control over in this situation is to let his boys know that he loves them in any way possible. And whether his able to be there or not. But she’s wrong for having this type of hostility for a haircut that boys need every week and to not care that they crying for her stupid behavior.

    Speaking of women who try to keep kids from their dad, while my dad was at work one day when my mom took my siblings & I to New Mexico. From Ohio. My dad had no idea where we went & had to track us down & get a court order to come get all the way there & get us. Mom was just going to start a whole new life without our dad & cut him out of our lives. We were 5,6 & 7 so we didn’t really understand any of it at the time but we didn’t see our dad for like a year until he showed up at our school & brought us home. Except he couldn’t take my brother at the time, even tho he raised him since he was an infant he wasn’t his blood father. But he fought in court & ended up with custody of all 3 of us luckily, even my brother. My mom wasn’t mentally stable enough to have sole custody by herself. She has always been in our life & tried her best but I’m so thankful dad got custody. Mom just made bad decisions, was naive & had the worst judgment in general. After everything she’s put my dad thru he always lets her come home when she needs a place to go & he goes to her house to visit & check on her all the time, does all her running for her since she doesn’t have a car, everything. He’s too good of a person, he takes care of everyone. But he’s always loved her & wanted to help her be a mom to us. It’s crazy to think that she almost cut such a good father out of his kids lives just b/c she was spiteful. Like wtf, how selfish can you be?! She’d rather us have grown up without a father just so she could bail on her marriage. If you don’t want to be married get a divorce but don’t drag the kids into it & don’t isolate them from their family. This is a touchy subject for me lol
