How do you get more dragons Mind At max capacity?
You have to ise coins to upgrade. In the dragon inventory m eu. Top right. Where the number is.

Ummmmm it's a lot. It's 25 Dysuva just to make 5 paranox for a spider Dragon. 🫥
It's only 3150 Skelltons for a spider dragon. But for Goliatomb you need 390,625 which have to be adults, wich takes an hour per skellton. So it takes at least about 44 years to get goliatomb just from merging skelltons.
That is not concidering the time to farm all the eggs ofcourse.

Yes. You merge 5 to become 1 of a higher rarity.
