In the settings, I noticed you can turn off debris creation, autoclean debris, and autoclean lone shapes. I'm guessing lone shapes mean multiple blocks together, but obviously still debris (not connected to the creation the player is still in)
15:23 I was actually pretty disappointed there because I got a Delayed Annihilation for my birthday recently and was really excited to hear the catchphrase in a more recent video
Do multiplayer Monday with this mod, maybe destruction derby? Or a race with obstacles and crashing into them actually damages your builds, this has lots of potential
To explain why the wall chunks were weird, that's how creations are stored. When you draw a block of material, that particular group block is written to the blueprint. When other parts of the creation are modified it doesn't matter, only the groups that are modified are changed. They never combine, only split into smaller ranges if needed. At least this is my assumption from working a lot with hand-editing (and even script-generating) creations.
Although having the option to turn on/off destruction if they made it vanilla would be crucial and very much favourable. trailmakers gets annoying because everything is glass. So you cant have proper bot battles. They would need to implement the durability setting for how long it lasts if you keep crashing
Jesus, the pieces hit some trees, the trees falling down caused more explosions, which hit more trees with the refinable parts and so on. That was amazing. I think you have the speedrun record for clearing a map of harvestables now
how did that not crash! Wow. I think I know what happened the explosion of the bridge sent pieces flying into the trees which then blew up and did it to the surrounding trees until the map was cleared. The fact that your game did not crash was incredible. I guess we now go thank axolotl for the new optimizations.
You could do some kind of multiplayer monday with asteroids raining out of the sky that you have to doge. Or, you could each build obstacle courses to drive through with swinging hammers and stuff, so if you aren't careful your vehicle gets damaged
id actually like a full video fully reviewing the mod. like opening its menu and then reading every option out loud (to prevent any "maybe it cleans debris, im not sure" goofs and similar) and then testing every single setting combination with land sea and air vehicles. trying out crashing a smaller vehicle into a bigger vehicle vs crashing a bigger one into a smaller one on all different setting combintions and so on. full on testing of everything the mod has to offer. have a friend come in to test if moving things crashing into moving things is different than stationary thing hit by moving thing. then have more friends come in to test performance when 8 vehicles hit eachother at the same time at different speeds and settings in the mod. test if there is a difference to the host using the mod to one of the non hosts using the mod.
That will make one hell of a multiplayer Monday challenge like first person strict follow camera and a fight and it looks like it would be fun to use in my own scrap mechanic series also you probably saw it way later but it does have auto debris clean up on the settings
This opens up a lot of Multiplayer Monday, like a bumper car battle, last one able to move wins, each round more destructive. A truck race down a semi-short but really rugged road, each round more destructive. Or maybe a beyblade type battle.
Theory: Well, what I think happened when all the trees fell down (the breakable ones) is that the explosion was so MASSIVE it launched the blocks in all directions (because I'm pretty sure you can see a frame were blocks go flying) and were so ABSURDLY fast that when when/if they came in contact with the trees it rendered as though a machine (to cut them down) hit the trees and broke on impact.
Surely that many blocks wouldn't've so thoroughly hit every tree... even knocking trees into each other, I feel like at least one tree, on its own, on the far corner of the map or something, would've survived. Mountains should also provide cover, and if the blocks are fast enough to phase through mountains (obviously things in scrap mechanic can phase through each other sometimes, but its usually creations, not terrain), they should also be going fast enough to skip trees. My guess is when the explosion triggers, it deals damage to all objects in a certain radius, and the radius (and damage) is proportional to the force that triggered an explosion; somehow, a huge force appeared (possibly as a result of a previous explosion) and caused an explosion large enough and powerful enough to wipe out every tree on the map.
fill the world with blocks until it's just 100 blocks between the top layer of blocks and the sky box barrier and then save it three times one for kan on for moonbo and one for you who ever destroys the most with a single creation wins no guns no bombs no thrusters no glitches no wheels and one barring how's that for a multiplayer Monday idea oh and one more thing............. DELAYED ANIALATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
if the spudgun have an effect on parts too. you can use this mode in a multiplayer Monday episode and recreate the train chasing one that you made in trailmakers. with in player on the train with an turrent made out of mounted spudguns and the other players chasing after the train and as the map in scrap mechanics is a big square and can't be extended as in trailmakers you can make the tracks square shaped too beside the water shore of the world.
I guess the reason that tree stuff happened because maybe the explosion intensity depends on speed, and the bridge parts got accellerated really quickly by the piston or something weird like that, either launching the bridge parts into trees farther away at high speed, causing large explosions due to speed, or just immediately exploding themselves. Maybe that created a chain reaction, but i am not sure. If anyone has a better idea, i'd like to know lol
How about a lunar rover race with destruction on at least high. Moon gravity and terrain ideally. I feel like the destruction plus low gravity could work well together.
i tested this with ur tsar tank but becose its technicly fast moving blocks on front it just destroys the weels wait is this mod updated or in test branch at has a lot more features?
The reason why the first wall you built broke like that is because every 16x16 block thing you make counts as one object in the blueprint and memory (Idk what happens when you paint it, it probably divides it somehow)
I think whatever started the trees falling created a chain reaction, which propagated of collision-induced explosions which spread through all the trees in the map
MPM idea: one person is flying a plane, while another is a rear gunner. Th goal is to try to shoot the other team out of the sky. Also the pilot can shoot straight forward.
"Latened destruction" The evil enemy of "DELAYED ANHIALATION"
Yeah
Yeah XD
That is what was saying. I thought when he was thinking of the word was the delayed comedy
scrap man needs to see this comment lol
I was watching it on my tv and I went to the video on my laptop just to see how many people got triggered by him not saying it
"Full speed ahead"
"sir, we have a barricade comming at us."
"no problem, we have collisions disabled"
SQUEAKY TOY SOUND
Great joke have my like
this could be really fun for multiplayer monday challenges, battle machines and such in scrap mechanic, or races where you can break
TANK BATTLE
I wonder how bad lags would be, debris could be disabled, but suspension is always an issue.
Demolition Derby!
Yes,please, we want multiplayer destruction!
You definitely have to do a multiplayer Monday with this mod
Demo derby
Was just about to comment that. We need a multiplayer monday, something destructive
@@Necromorph790 Same
Ur first
Yes demo derby
In the settings, I noticed you can turn off debris creation, autoclean debris, and autoclean lone shapes.
I'm guessing lone shapes mean multiple blocks together, but obviously still debris (not connected to the creation the player is still in)
Hope scrapman see this for next multiplayer monday :)
Definitely need a battle bot MM or Demo Derby with this mod
15:23
I was actually pretty disappointed there because I got a Delayed Annihilation for my birthday recently and was really excited to hear the catchphrase in a more recent video
Do multiplayer Monday with this mod, maybe destruction derby? Or a race with obstacles and crashing into them actually damages your builds, this has lots of potential
and good all fun with everyone they know

What happened to "DELAYED ANNIHILATION!"? Is scrapman ok?
exactly!
Query was this video made with glue
I hope he delayed the delayed annihilation and put it in another video
15:30 😂😂😂😂 that was awesome. I was just laughing and wait for you to say it😂
15:05 falls apart like a lego scrapman: tame and realistic
No collisions is the only bad thing about scrap mechanic. This makes the game better and more like trailmakers :D
That is actually very true! I agree with you!
Although having the option to turn on/off destruction if they made it vanilla would be crucial and very much favourable.
trailmakers gets annoying because everything is glass. So you cant have proper bot battles.
They would need to implement the durability setting for how long it lasts if you keep crashing
I would love to see a first person race with the new strict follow cam maybe something with loops or something similar
Пацаны ваще ребята, сделали мод. Красавы
you should try using flubber with this mod! like immagine the bouncy room and the bouncy balls with this mod!
You should do a race with this mod
Jesus, the pieces hit some trees, the trees falling down caused more explosions, which hit more trees with the refinable parts and so on. That was amazing.
I think you have the speedrun record for clearing a map of harvestables now
We all know what next multiplayer Monday will be.
Hotdog contests!
I love the sound effects you added to the crashes keep up the good work 😁

I am FUMING over that "latent destruction" tease that was just CRUEL
Demo derby, YEEEEEES you must to do that!!!
You could do some kind of multiplayer monday with asteroids raining out of the sky that you have to doge. Or, you could each build obstacle courses to drive through with swinging hammers and stuff, so if you aren't careful your vehicle gets damaged
Scrapman: That was pretty realistic.
The Bridge: Hell Nah "Spontaneously Combusts".
15:12
You know what’s next… Multiplayer Monday destruction derby!
scrapman: "wow, what just happened? are those tree's falling over? what happened?"
me: "... shrapnel... obviously"
Imagine doing battlebots multiplayer with that
Yes.
Yes.
My "DELAYED ANIHILATION" tshirt cries in my wardrobe 😭
"Delayed Annihilation" I think is what you were going for.

Do a multi-player monday with shattered pieces of cars you guys build
im begging you do a survival series with this mod in place man! EXTREME SETTINGS!
This mod is really cool. You should showcase more like this sometimes
Multiplayer Demolition Derby or even something like a Battle Bots fight would be neat with that.
you know how ScrapMan made a video on making a wingless plane, you know... Just a thought, you could make a buoyless boat. :P
:0 Wait can you do demolition derby on multiplayer Monday?
I can’t wait for a disritpion! I wonder wat it’s gonna be
FINALLY!! IVE BEEN SAYING TO TRY THIS MOD FOREVER!
this guy is too funny i swear
but he just created the arch nemesis of delayed anhilation
we need an MM with this, idk what, it just has to have destruction
Redo any/ all MPM with this mod hilarity will ensue
That will make one hell of a multiplayer Monday challenge like first person strict follow camera and a fight and it looks like it would be fun to use in my own scrap mechanic series also you probably saw it way later but it does have auto debris clean up on the settings
you guys should use this in the next multiplayer Monday as a destruction derby or something like that
multiplayer monday with this PLEASE AND THANK YOU
WE NEED SO MUCH MORE SCRAPMAN
The crash sound effect in the "intro" made the video much better.
You should totally try to use a giant crusher with this mod. You should also see if material durability affects the results.
This opens up a lot of Multiplayer Monday, like a bumper car battle, last one able to move wins, each round more destructive.
A truck race down a semi-short but really rugged road, each round more destructive.
Or maybe a beyblade type battle.
Now i wanna see a race with this on
damn, that's way better than expected
You should weld pistons into the ground, and build stuff on the pistons… so then stuff can pop out of the ground
What? Why?
I wanna see if dragging something on the ground does something and if the friction of the object has an impact aswell
Now, the mod maker took the name "Scrap Mechanics" too literally. NOW YOU ARE NOW A SCRAP MECHANIC.
Sm: "you know what's not normal about this game?"
Me: E V E R Y T H I N G
Definitely see some multiplayer monday episodes comming with this mod
*Multiplayer Monday + destruction mod + king of the hill or something would be awesome*
A survival mini series could be really cool with this mod
Scrapman: *accidently drops half of the bridge*
Halfed bridge: *thanos snap the whole world*

I mean a destruction derby... A race/obstacle course could also be cool, though...
We need a destruction derby for mm
15:36 my face literally crinkled when he said that
You should try this in a multiplayer episode Maybe like a race while you’re all trying to destroy each other
do a race with this mod with cardboard cars and spudguns it would be insane
Multiplayer Monday ideas, redo destruction derby and battle bots with the mod
Make a demolition derby on multiplayer Monday with this mod
Scrap man processing how many multiplayer Monday challenges are possible
if the spudgun have an effect on parts too.
you can use this mode in a multiplayer Monday episode and recreate the train chasing one that you made in trailmakers.
with in player on the train with an turrent made out of mounted spudguns and the other players chasing after the train and as the map in scrap mechanics is a big square and can't be extended as in trailmakers you can make the tracks square shaped too beside the water shore of the world.
This is why Brick Rigs exists
Crazy Collision Crash Course (CCCC for short)
I guess the reason that tree stuff happened because maybe the explosion intensity depends on speed, and the bridge parts got accellerated really quickly by the piston or something weird like that, either launching the bridge parts into trees farther away at high speed, causing large explosions due to speed, or just immediately exploding themselves.

If anyone has a better idea, i'd like to know lol
He had the chance to say “gone reduced to atoms” when he crashed his vtol
Imagine plane crashes with this mod, that would be really satisfying to see.
Troll Kan and Moonbo on multiplayer monday and just shoot their build with it set to instant explode
cant believe he forgot delayed annihilation
How about a lunar rover race with destruction on at least high. Moon gravity and terrain ideally. I feel like the destruction plus low gravity could work well together.
Multiplayer Monday idea: DEMOLITION DERBY
First off what was wrong with the comment section before and secondly it's fun seeing scrap mechanic become more and more like trailmakers.
14:13
*disappearing duck meme intensifies*
Multiplayer Monday! Destruction Derby or even proper dog fights!
Great idea for multiplayer use the scrap from the broken stuff to build cars
15:27 DELAYED ANNIHILATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can already see a Multiplayer Monday video with this.
I was sad when Scrapman didn't say it, a really cool mod though, maybe a multiplayer Monday fight?
i tested this with ur tsar tank but becose its technicly fast moving blocks on front it just destroys the weels wait is this mod updated or in test branch at has a lot more features?
MMM DEMOLITION DERBY BABYYYYYYYYY!
best mod
The reason why the first wall you built broke like that is because every 16x16 block thing you make counts as one object in the blueprint and memory (Idk what happens when you paint it, it probably divides it somehow)
Monday, destruction physics, battle bots
MM idea: Battle Bots /w destruction physics!
Why is delayed annihilation such a meme on this channel? 🤣
Now for this to be used in a Multiplayer Monday Destruction Derby
I think whatever started the trees falling created a chain reaction, which propagated of collision-induced explosions which spread through all the trees in the map
MPM idea: one person is flying a plane, while another is a rear gunner. Th goal is to try to shoot the other team out of the sky. Also the pilot can shoot straight forward.
