The other 10 drum majors are in time together. The lead is just a fraction fast on all his arm movements while walking. His arm commands with the mace are clean. His feet are in time. He is fast in all the other videos that I have seen him in as well. Including videos where he is not the lead. Drives me nuts.
I hope the lead drum major actually watches some of these videos and practices on improving his arm timing. Every video i see he is out of time but still remains in step, and a part of my nervous system breaks down when seeing it.
