We embark on a new journey, this time to the mouth of the Mississippi River. Over the next several videos, we'll take Louisiana Highway 23 south from its northern terminus in the City of Gretna, Jefferson Parish, down to the furthest reachable point by vehicle along the Mississippi River. In this video, we cover LA-23 along Franklin Street, Stumpf Boulevard, the Westbank Expressway, Lafayette Street, and Belle Chasse Highway in Gretna and Terrytown.
