i actually use a Chromebook and to enable function keys enable it in the settings. You can use control c and v for copy paste alt+tab for switching windows enable Linux developer mode for installing apps other than the play store
and not all android apps work on Chromebooks and not all Chromebooks are touch u can take the example of a Samsung Chromebook. But I recommend u to buy a second hand windows laptop if want around 13000 Rupees chromebooks are not that good in gaming .i would rate it 5.9/10
I bought this Chromebook for 16,990 rupees from Amazon. It's really nice to use this. The display is not up to the mark, viewing angles are very poor and the colour tone of the display is also not good.
