Thanks for this recipe, I have tried the Ghana Ghana and Nigerian version and both are great. Have not tried Salone version b/c could not find a great recipe. Will definitely make this within the next few days, it's currently my son's favorite African dish. Lol, can't wait. You are an awesome cook, please keep sharing your recipes.

Not exactly dear. They are two different things, however, you can use spinach if you don’t have bologi because they’re similar(they both cook easily so they’re great for garnishing)
