Hi everyone! Today we will be making Palm Nut Soup (Banga Soup), a yummy Sierra Leone dish. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 40-ounce cans of Palm Nut Cream
4 Hot Peppers
Salt ( to desired taste)
2 Onions
1 small can of tomato Paste
4 Fresh Tomatoes
Dried Fish
Beef (or meat of your choice)
Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon All-Purpose Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
3 Bay Leaves
