Steve just doesn't play this song the way he used to. Bpm is 4 or 5 faster, and much less nuance. There's an obvious reason the one from the live Japan show on DVD (th-cam.com/video/Yw74sDWPH7U/w-d-xo.html) has 35 million views and the other Tender Surrenders have 95% less.
