hi everyone just sharing my experience.i did all of it through baking soda, lemon, apple cider vinegar.mouth wash. and in my case it didnt do any. until i use the ordinary glycolic acid. pros its remove the smell immediately after staying it in my hair for 20 mins. and showered. cons. i feel like my hair strand gets thinner but not a big deal its look clean and no more stinky smell.
Upd: guys I fixed it by doing keto+fasting (cleans digestion)+bowl of greens/day to kill some parasites in the bowel + lowering stress/negativity and adrenaline in any form. But the main contributor was lymphatic cleansing: one licorice root extract pill during fast + activated charcoal (1 pill per 10 kg). It even fixed my usual sweating smell so i could skip using deodorant. And the smell of sweat on my face T-zone. And dark legs (when you stand still for a long time) .So the reason for this is that some of your organs don’t cleanse your gut or your lymph is stale/bad/not liquidy enough(I’m not a doc). But going back to carbs and gaining weight kills the progress or the mere effect of cleansing. Not completely, but by 50-80%. I think that your body gets rid from the dirt in your intestines through the skin (glue-like gluten sticks to it, fungus and parasites like lamblia eat carbs and poo in there; whatever is not processed in the stomach for some reason gets kicked out from skin and bacterias eat it) The old comment: Try deep cleansing shampoo + brush. Also keto + fasting helps a lot Not every shampoo is good. Only one brand helped me, unexpectedly. Another way is to use light oils first and then wash hair I am healthy, doctor found no issues. I assume that oils that i eat come out through pores, so i eat less fatty food and only those oils that melt at room temp and also consume omega 3
@@es647 Kapous essex - either for deep cleanse or the one for dyed hair with 4.5~ ph. Its smell blocks the smell of the head. Also use dry shampoo on the clean dry hair (roots) after shower. It will absorb oil, and bacteria will have less food to eat But cleaning head is like 20 times less helpful than cleaning digestion, because the bacteria lives in pores and dead skin. You can try to go to sauna and sit in a bath, but it won’t help as much as replacing bread, sweets etc with fish, eggs and greens. Fish with a lot of omega and a slimy skin is the best (like mackerel). In my case, the slime goes out through pores like the other food debris making my skin oil way more liquidy and not like wax and helps bacteria to get washed off much easier. The skin slightly smells with fish bcz of that but is is still cool since the skin is much better and it doesn’t smell like a cheese or a dead rat

If something’s wrong with your scalp, something like products won’t help they will only postpone symptoms. There is something that continues to keep coming back, shampoo is meant to clear build up of products, sweat , oil, and dirt that’s all. If your sweat, body oil and scalp smell not shampoo will fix this. The real problem is within you. Eating too many carbs too much fat and nothing to clean yourself internally will come about like problems with your scalp being smelly, skin problems, disease, sickness. Eat cleaner go to a farmers market and plan your meals only from that produce, limit sugar intake. You will feel better and your body will clean itself because food is the only true cleanser. I always remind myself, when patients go into the doctors office and get diagnosed with chronic diseases, the doctors always recommend eating an array of fruit and vegetables and healthy fats and real less processed foods. I truly believe this is the only way to heal from Whatever growth keeps coming through our skin from our body .
