I have grey roots..I dye my hair with Loreal Inoa at the roots and color in a 2. Step my hair with Loreal Casting. Is the casting color gentler to the hair?

That helps us with thinning hair but should be fine for all people right? Also, I see many people talking about what is the best technique to have a hair mask at home. Would you like to teach us what a professional sees as most effective ways? Tks so much
