Chicken Bacon Ranch Pinwheels Easy GRIDDLE Appetizers!

- bought rotisserie chicken to make this fantastic griddle appetizer recipe even easier!
Then, combine some cream cheese, shredded cheeses, bacon, ranch dressing, and green onions with the shredded chicken to make the awesome mixture for these pinwheel appetizers. Roll the tortillas up, slice them, and griddle the pinwheels to toast them up. Unlike regular deli-style pinwheels, these chicken bacon ranch griddle appetizers are heated on the flat top grill!
Serve your griddle pinwheels with some extra ranch dressing for dipping, and garnish with some sliced green onions for a party food that looks great and tastes even better! In fact, the wife and I couldn’t decide which we liked best - these chicken bacon ranch pinwheels or the buffalo chicken pinwheels that we made a while back…

Neil, pinwheels look soooo good. You come up with some of the best ideas for the griddle.
Glad you like them!
Another great idea for the game days or huntin camps this fall. This is also a great idea for group lunches to pack up on the habitat wagon as we do work on the trails and wood roads.
Griddling....It's not just for smash burgers anymore ... I am continuously amazed by your and Amy's creativity on these devices - Well done folks - another winnah winnah chicken dinnah (or appetizer)
Thank you
What a wonderful idea for the griddle!
TY
Great idea searing at the end and melting the cheese. 👍🏻👍🏻
Heck yeah Neal! Perfect for the games or anytime! Great job cheers 🍻🏈
🤙
Yes! Football and all the snacks that go with it!

👊👊👊
Pinwheels are a classic but finishing them on the griddle would add some texture is a great idea.
Thank you
Good job GBO 🍊🍊🍊
GBO....
Really digging your channel my brother. Just subscribed. 🥘♥️
Hey Thank you...really appreciate that...cheers
Looks good

Another endless amount of variations with those pinwheels. From breakfast to tailgating sporting events, especially football get together's. Those are going to be a big hit. Gosh, just so many ways to use this idea. Of course I am now realizing why you live in the great state of Tennessee. A very long time ago you subconsciously envisioned all this without realizing it. Football, being outside, grills, griddles. It all make sense now. It's all about the cheese. Yes, there are many variations which I have learned from watching and many stand alone good ones and combinations too. But it comes down to that one and only one you can incorporate with the others. Yep that Orange one. Where have I seen that color before watching football. Iv'e seen it somewhere. Now my state Purple and Gold, Black and Gold. Those colors more reserved for a dessert type dish. But Orange, well the opportunities are endless. Orange is so popular you could even use it in a sentence. lets say like someone knocking at your door and you say Who's there? and they say Orange. You say Orange Who? and they say Orange you glad ya'll don't have to play those Tigers this year.
see ya in the SEC Championship this year....GBO
Great job Neil and Amy, that was really a good looking appetizer. It could also be turned into a meal with a couple sides too. Thanks for sharing with us, keep up the great recipes and videos. Fred.
Thanks Fred...
I have a small celebration coming up with about 10 friends. I will be making these as appetizers for sure. Thanks for telling me I was using too much charcoal, that has solved my temperature problems on my Weber. Can't wait to get some of the Smoke That.
Sounds great!
The electric hand mixer trick was excellent!
We use the Mission Carb Balance tortillas 15 grams of fiber per serving.
Absolutely....we actually use those more often..these just happen to be bigger and helps us roll...
Another recipe to make
We cook a lot of food for our watch parties and our tailgates for the home games. I'm definitely adding this one to my favorites. I feel you can prep these the day before then the day of sear each side.
Absolutely
They look great!!! Gonna have to try them 👍The cleaver you’re using…what brand is it?
Kenkinfeco...
Knocked it outta the park again!!
Good video guys ! I haven't got a clue how I missed this one for 7 hours. , must have been in the bathtub with all my rubber ducks ! ( pro tip Neil don't use bubbles , you will loose track of your ducks in all the suds.) I buy them at the sturgis motorcycle rally. LOL THANK YOU FRANK FROM MONTANA........
ahhaahha thnaks Frank...noted
Hey, what are your thoughts on a stainless steel griddle? Been thinking about a griddle for a couple months now. Considering stainless because, I assume, it’s much easier to maintain than rolled steal or ceramic.
When rolling them up how far in advance of putting them on the griddle could you get away with? Looks great, I like the idea of the smoked chicken.
I would not think to long...the tortilla will eventually start absorbing the moisture...
I’m not a ranch fan but I could learn to be with that recipe!
I ll try with buffalo
Absolutely...blue cheese dressing...
Love this idea/ could you do this with chicken, pork, veal or wild game?
Or with veggies using eggplant as the meat?
Absolutely
Great video. Those are a nice twist on a boring sandwich
You got that right!
Went back & looked these up since I plan to do some soon. But, I'm thinking about using smoked lamb and tzaziki sauce with the onion & tomato & garlic & cucuber in larger chunks, but regular feta size crumbles. They'll need something else too, so any suggestions are very appreciated. Olive tapenade maybe? But definitely something else. Thanks.
Maybe vise versa...olive tapenade inside and greek salsa on top...The olive mix would make it easier to roll
I need to add me a cleaver to my knife arsenal
Its worth it for sure...im glad I did...
Does it matter what type of fry pan or sauce pan you use on your griddle? Cast iron, stainlessness, carbon steel? What is your preference?
it does not...it just varies based on high walls...deep frying...sautéing...etc..
that would have been sooo much better with the new hidden valley buffalo ranch sauce, for me anyway
Hey Neil, come get a question for you, are you going to be taking a Griddle to Neland stadium again this year? If so, what game do you think you will be up there? I’d love to catch you while you’re up there and give you a go, big orange, and taste some of your delicious food.
Will let ya know...
First of all we love your recipes!! But I have to know is your dog a Great Dane?? I just got a glimpse and it looked like one… I have 2 and I so appreciate Dane owners!!!
Yes...she is an absolute baby..hahaha she is my mother in laws...they travel a lot and we keep her often..
Is it ok to bake into the oven instead of grill?
sure absolutely
you make any videos on how to use that coal cooker to smoke?
I have...how to set up a charcoal grill as a smoker
It's a sushi except with chicken and bacon instead of fish and rice (like I know what sushi is - NOT). That chicken looked awesome! I wonder how a pork version of this would be.
We are working on a bbq version....
What about buffalo chicken bacon ranch pinwheels
Have you thought about taking your top 101 recipes and making a cookbook out of them?
I have....but more importantly we are just waiting for the right fit...we want it perfect..not rushed
Lol, how bout Amy with the patented “Pinchers” 🤏🤏🤏 🤣🤌🏻!! Super Solid tailgate material Brotha!! I think i like this 1 more than the Buffalo. Anywho, 🔥 episode y’all, Cheers 👊🏼😎🤙🏼
hahahaha that needs to be a shirt....
