I was a cook in the Air Force from 1972-1976. They didn’t give me a lot of freedom to be creative but one thing I did come up with was a chili and cheese omelette. It was always a big hit!
Wow....What an awesome idea! My parents always buy the canned Libbys(I think) sausage gravy.....its definitely still good to be honest, but homemade gravy is SO easy to make and is WAY better than anything store bough or at a restaurant....
Quite the process, I would be afraid I'd be eating the important parts before the final roll, which would look like a mind field. You have the touch for sure, they look fantastic, and your sausages gravy is the best.

I've lived in the South for all of my seventy-five years, and I have never known a Southern cook who made white gravy. I tried it once in a restaurant and said never again would I eat white gravy. To this day, I've honored my promise.

Use either a cast iron skillet or cast iron casserole pan and bake on the pellet grill. Give it a try with pies! Cannot beat it.

I get it! It's not for everyone, but I think it's delicious! Hard to be in the South with correctly cooked gravy....
