This is from the same man that back in December predicted house prices would rise this year as foreign investors flooded into the market..... I said then that no one should trust you with their money if you truly believed that (the numbers simply don't stack up in the analysis). I'm sure you're a decent guy, but anyone who trusted you back then will now probably be in financial difficulties, so I truly hope no one is taking you seriously now!

Hi thanks for your comment. It seems a little early to say the predictions are wrong when we're only 6 months into the year. We will resist the temptation to say the matter is still up in the air..but can comment that one of our staff recently sold their house to a Honk Kong based investor for cash.....so maybe it's the numbers that are misleading?

...or maybe the numbers were spot on and it was you who were misleading people. It's now 1/1/2024, there was no bounce, no rush of foreign investors and prices are down. Who could have predicted that...!

I met David at an event where we both had a speaking slot. He is very knowledgeable and offers a great service....if your lawyer hasn't spoken with him when you are buying a property, make sure that they do!
