I'm 55. Back in the 70s, my mom made this from an old weight watcher recipe. Sugar-free pudding, pineapple in its own juice. Hands down, my favorite dessert growing up. She would use the grey Tupperware dessert cups to set it up in. Oh, the memories you have brought back to me. Thank you!
Mine too!!! 🥰👍💖 My Mom and Grandma used to go to Weight Watchers together. My Grandma is no longer here but Mom is still with me and she still has some wonderful recipes from Weight Watchers. She even has a "Resee Peanut Butter pie" recipe. It's made with sugar free chocolate pudding, peanut butter and an already made gramcracker pie crust. Very simple to make. Things like this really help when dieting and craving something sweet. Plus, when some things are made with the sugar free ingredients, it's safe for diabetics or if you're watching the sugar intake. 🥰💖💖💖💖
This looks like a simple, but tasty dessert. My husband is diabetic so I would use sugar-free pudding, sugar-free whipped topping, and no added sugar pineapple.
I use pistachio pudding, I have to make it every Thanksgiving and Christmas or any family gathering for my grandson, and then I have to make a second one for him to take home 😁 I have not tried any other flavors. I think banana and coconut (together or separate) would be a good choice.
Drain the juice from the pineapples and mix your dry pudding (I use coconut cream sometime) and mix that before adding your other ingredients. I also use sugar free everything. It’s actually better than the regular and healthier. I make my mom the pistachio all sugar free and next time I’m using the coconut whip cream with that and see how it is. It’s our fave
I'm so sorry it wasn't to your liking. Sometimes, I do things for convenience. As I stated in the video, I chose that container because it has a lid to quickly store it in the fridge.
Ever watch something and know that it shouldn't infuriate you but it does? That would be this video. This looks like something you make when you're high.
Whoever said you have to use a bowl to make things. Maybe this was what she needed for the size. I've used a planter to make dirt cake in the past. It worked great and looked realistic. Everyone loved it. Tasted yummy also.❤

Makes a wonderful icing for pineapple cake
Really does look tasty, and for once easy😊

GREAT! I probably could go for the sugar-free as well. remember that u can also use other fruits instead. Pineapple has a pretty high sugar content.
Sliced bananas on top are good too. Such a simple delicious recipe.
Oooo yea that sounds good!
I've used this as a cake frosting on just plan yellow cake bake on a jelly roll pan. Wonderful
That's a great idea! My son said that he preferred it as a topping because it's so light.
Waaaaait, what that's a great idea!
add mandarin oranges to the cake mix
I didn’t know it was that easy. Thank you for the yummy video.
Thank you I'm going to make this. I love pineapple.
Looks delicious. ❤❤❤

My twin brother would have liked this. Tyvm ❤😊

It was yummy. A great light and fluffy dessert! Thanks for your nice comments.
It looks tasty! It would have been a lot easier to make it in a mixing bowl. No corners.
It's hers!! She said she never done it before and trying. No one has to eat this but her. I'm sure the more she does it, the better it will get .
I love how you could do this with like any fruit really 🙏 but the pineapple is clearly going to be tasty 😝
Yummy
Angel food cake would be good in it

Looks yummy but I would make with sugar free pudding and whipped topping for sure
You can use Sugar Free Pistachio pudding instead of vanilla too. 😊
Yes! Vanilla or pistachio is how we make it. 😋 yummy
Weren't it been easier to mix it in a bowl?
I'm so sorry it wasn't to your liking. Sometimes, I do things for convenience. As I stated in the video, I chose that container because it has a lid to quickly store it in the fridge.
@@foodpleasureswithjac598 didn't mean to ruffle your feathers.
I apologize okay❤
Coconut whipped cream is in
Wincos.
That sounds good! I don't have one of those in my area.
I would add coconut
Did you use 8 ounces of cool whip?
Yes, it was 8 oz.
The pudding needs about or little less then a cupof milk
You mixed it way too much. The Cool Whip should be FOLDED in and not mixed.
Is that instant pudding?
yes

The recipie is so good, special for those summer heat days, but she is soooo boring and slow, make me sleepy. Sorry!!!
The sound of the stiring is a little nervy. Maybe your to close to the speaker. 🙉
There must be something wrong with my eyes. The labels are backward 😅
That happens with some videos. Your eyes are okay.
A lot of criticism.
What a strange bowl you used. Whatever works for you i guess.
That is just a container that had a lid to store it in the fridge. To each his own.

Use real whipped cream
Real whipping cream separates if it's not all eaten right away 🤷🏻♀️
