I think it’ll be a very long time before anything comes close to the detail in RDR2. There’s games that look incredible but when you get down to the little details nothing even comes close. Really is a masterpiece

In RDR2, when using a bow, if you shoot at a sign, the arrow won't pierce, but when using better arrows, it will go through deeper, making part of the arrow visible on the other side.

I'm an old-time fan of Far Cry series, but no one of these games could compete with rdr2, besides 6-th is far from being the best.
I'm a major fan of Far Cry 3 5 and New Dawn and the franchise but nothing can compare two rdr2
Couldn't agree more. My favorite has to be FC2, followed by 3, then Blood dragon (oddly an interesting gameplay for the FC series I enjoyed). Primal had more potential to taking my Blood dragon spot if a lot more work was put into it. But obviously, RDR2 is overall, by far, a better game in ways.

Objetivamente hablando, RDR2 es el mejor videojuego que he jugado en toda mi vida, lo cual no significa que sea mi favorito, pero sí el mejor. Narrativa, gameplay, ambientación, apartado técnico, (gráficos, animaciones, distancia de dibujado...) la cantidad enferma de detalles que tiene. Es el mundo abierto más vivo que se ha hecho nunca. Más de 500k líneas de diálogo, 2k páginas de guión. Es un videojuego hecho con un cariño increíble. En fin... Rockstar a la hora de hacer videojuegos para mí no tiene rival. Es así de claro.
Algún consejo al empezar bro? Lo dejé instalando y estoy hypeado. La dinámica de obtener dinero y armas es como en gta v?

@@maxanaya4433 el mejor consejo que te puedo dar es que te lo tomes con calma. Que no vayas rápido haciendo misión tras misión. Observa el mundo, a tus compañeros de banda en los campamentos. Verás en éstos situaciones que sólo pasan en ciertos puntos de la historia y luego ya no los vuelves a ver más. Por el dinero no te preocupes porque no te va a faltar 😄

Esta bien el juego pero si son muy diferentes. red dead esta muy bien la historia y gráficos. Tiene muchas cosas para la era de la historia pero también tiene partes donde se ve muy mala calidad en tema a graficos. Lo que a mi me gusta de farcry es que puedes hacer muchas cosas y se pueden hacer porque está ambientado en otra época. Por ejemplo andar en autos. Caballos. Tanques,helicópteros,avionetas, motos, camiones. Tienes animales que son tus acompañantes y para desbloquearlos tienes que hacer muchas cosas las cuales tiene su pequeña historia. Las armas estan muy bien. Solo que siempre en los farcry es como ir en plan sigilo y en red dead puedes hacerlo como tu quieras. Son juegos muy buenos y cada uno tiene sus pro y contras. Pero si. Sin duda alguna es mejor red dead.

Saga FarCry, Un juego cada dos años, creado para sacar dinero sin innovar y echo para divertirte las primeras 3h de juego.
RDR2 la segunda parte (preludió) de otro juego con unos 10años aprox de desarrollo, innovador y no para todos los públicos, creado para sacar dinero y ser una obra de arte recordada por años.

They are their own game. I have played them equally and like the things that make each unique. RDR2 is more in depth in details. FC6 is more fast pace. I like the graphics for the FC world because when you see it you know its FC. It has a certain feel to it. Same with RDR2. I equally like them for what the games are and the world that they create.
Fc 6 is the first fc game i dont even finish.. fc 5 is better, but the best is 2-3.😃 and primal is fun.

Fc5 : brain dead A.I which makes the game too easy with a silenced sniper , tone was all over the place , and was way too repetitive and grindy. Spending dozens of hours with elementary level of difficulty to get some half assed meta message in cutscenes .
I'd rather play the superior open world sandbox : metal gear solid V.

Points:
Alligator Attack:
Far Cry 6 wins. Far cry 6 had an attack animation as well as a first person view of being attacked.
Water Physics:
RDR2 wins. RDR2 had a splash animation as well as better water SFX.
Explosion in water:
RDR2 wins. Only because it had a more realistic explosion underwater.
Archery:
RDR2 wins. RDR2 had a better arrow effect. It actually showed the arrow wobble as it hit the tree.
Shooting Bull's Balls💀:
RDR2 wins. RDR2 actually showed the bull in pain, and eventually dying. For some reason the bull in Far Cry 6 just walked it off like nothing happened??
Climbing Ladder:
RDR2 wins. Not only did RDR2 have a first and third person perspective, but it also had the character climb a ladder properly. The character in Far Cry 6 used their arms to grip onto the side of the ladder, rather than the actual bars.
Fire Spreading:
RDR2 wins. Although Far Cry 6 had a better fire SFX, RDR2 had a better fire animation, and a more realistic way of the fire spreading.
Fire vs Tree:
RDR2 wins. RDR2 actually showed a burnt mark on the tree.
Tree Physics:
RDR2 wins. Both had really good tree physics. However, RDR2 actually showed leaves falling, as well as an animation when the bark of the tree was hit by a bullet.
Do horses hit if it is hit from the back.
Tie. Both were very realistic. It honestly depends on the horse, if it is more shy, it will most likely run away. This was shown in Far Cry 6. However some Horses can be very aggressive, and kick you if they feel threatened. This was shown in RDR2.
Will a boat sink if shot at:
RDR2 wins. RDR2 actually showed a hole in the boat from being shot. RDR2 also showed the boat actually sinking.
Can NPCs swim:
Tie. Both NPCs were able to swim back safely.
Final Points:
RDR2: 9/12. Far Cry 6: 1/12.
Winner:
RDR2.

Rockstar made a really good job with rdr2 and other games, but for me, ubisoft make good games too, the games are full of bugs and everything but if the bugs don't spoil the gameplay, it's good because it makes me laugh sometimes XD
I really do like the alligator attack in farcry 6 but rdr2 really gets alligator feeling to it a little bit better.
what the caiman lacks, the bear makes up for in RDR2 it's just great a Brown Bear attack, it reminds me of the movie "Revenant"

Rdr2 is a Masterpiece and it is the best game ever created IMO. But that doesn't mean FC6 is bad. It's also amazing but not as amazing as Rdr2. But still great.
Rdr2 is my most favourite game and FC6 is definitely in my Top 5 Fav games

I’ve been a huge fan of far cry since I first got my hands on Far Cry 2. Played every installment since. However, was kinda let down with the last Far Cry. Honestly I think rdr2 is the better of the two :P

Rdr 2 sem dúvida nenhuma, quando joguei pela primeira vez fiquei abismado com o nivel de detalhes, ambientação, sonoplastia etc.

far cry is captain america, Thor is RDR2 and the Hammer is graphics, realism, history Cap is close to lifting the hammer but he still hasn't achieved it so Thor is happy but in the future Cap will be able to wield the hammer so Far Cry will one day reach that level of detail
Também tem que pensar na maquina que vai poder rodar os dois jogos, não joguei esses jogos mais o Far Cry 4 é lindo e não precisa de maquina potente pra jogar, ao contrário de outros jogos e fabricantes então tem que da moral pra quem faz um trabalho excepcional e ainda roda em qualquer PC isso sim.

Of course far cry has better graphics, it was made using newer hardware in mind. Wildlife is also better in red dead 2, not just animals that attack you as soon as they see you. Weapons, I agree with you but it’s also different time period and far cry focuses on weapon gameplay

They are not equivalent games for comparison, they dont want to show same things. While Far Cry offers a fun time with fast action in the open world without giving importance to realism, RDR2 is a game where a heavy and realistic story is at the forefront. In RDR2, you do not have a chance to jump from action to action as in Far Cry, and you do not have a chance to get lost in the world in Far Cry as in RDR. Therefore, the only thing they can compare to is the graphics of the subject, other than that, the gameplay, physics, etc. elements are designed according to what they offer.
Creo que solo gana el far cry en la propagación del fuego. En el resto rdr2 le funde y eso que muchas comprobaciones no son justas ya que no se prueban igual. Solo por el desmembramiento ya considero ganador a rdr2

FC - это ширпотреб, конвейер, и для такого рода игр они неплохо детализированы и проработаны, кто бы что ни говорил. Но RDR2 - это уже штучный товар, это игра, которая выходит раз в 10 лет или типа того. Не удивительно, что она наполнена такими безумными деталями и имеет такой невероятный уровень проработки игрового мира. От подобных игр только такого и ждут.
