@@pkmnlover3812 it's better for the team that has to throw the ball, but for most teams, they'd rather the other team throw all 4 because you can have a wild pitch or it come back over the plate.
If Alan Craig doesn’t get hurt, the Cardinals win the World Series. Unfortunately, the injury basically ended Craig’s career. If he stayed healthy, Craig would have one at least one batting championship and one MVP.
I still haven't forgiven that second baseman Kolten Wong for getting picked off first in the World Series taking the bat out of Carlos Beltran hands...Im glad he's in Milwaukee now...little prick..lol
This was a disappointing world series year for the Cardinals......for some reason, it seems the Red Sox have their number anymore.....the only exception i can think of is the 1967 world series...man i'd give ANYTHING to find all seven games of that one....i do have game 1 and game 7 of the 1968 world series on dvd....but the Cardinals lost to Detroit that year because Curt Flood slipped and fell down out in center field...
David freese in every postseason breaks every teams heart expect the red sox
good job trying to insult the cardinals, but you know you used expect not except you moron
@@CheesyTornado this years division is like this 1 but with different teams
Good old days, when we actually made the playoffs
Yeah- we had Beltran and Holliday for hitting, Wainright, Wacha, Linn, and Kelly for pitching...this year- none of the above.
When Carpenter didn't strike out 3 times a game
Now we're in the NLCS. So welcome back to Cardinals postseason!
I miss those days
@@DwayneIsKing Comparing the 2013 Cardinals to the 2019 Cardinals is like comparing Secretariat to American Pharoh.
Wow what a team we had great players we were a dominant team that what made us a great ball club
REESE BEAM, MAN MISS THOSE DAYS!!
it's weird to think, that it's now weird to see them having to throw all 4 balls to walk them. before the rule that you can just send them
its a lot better now as you do not have to throw all 4

Id believe it, he was one of the most fluid right handed hitters I ever watched in my lifetime

Greg gibson the real mvp
Back before Carpenter forgot how to hit.

I swear to god, I hate the Pirates announcer so much
The National League Championship perhaps. The “Path to the Championship” ended abruptly in Boston!
