    Tks for the great vid, M-Mui I have a question. When making the filling for this dish, I am wandering why you fry it and not just keep it raw and steam the whole dumpling when you decide to prepare it? Is it optional would it taste better if so?

      Filling needs to be cooked, because it bring out more flavors than having it raw.
