Been getting back into siege lately and this lowkey started revitalizing my senses that I needed. A damn good recap of some of the basics for me thank you🙌🏻
Honestly the best siege content creator I've been subbed to for over 3 years... Went from bronze to gold because of you 🎉 Also it makes me feel better about myself that even champs make mistakes and are not perfect players
I have recently bought a headset that can switch between modes of frequencies. And your Night Mode tip gave me the temptation of trying the "FPS" mode, and I definetly hear the difference now
Another tip. As a defender know when to push and when to sit tight. If there is 30/15 seconds left and you know where the defuser is. Just sit tight and let them come. Don't peek and die for nothing. They have to push.
I've been playing siege since year 2 and I've lost a lot of skill from not playing in a team for about 3 years, I'm tryna get my skill back and you basically did everything I did in the beginner stage. Awesome video.
I just bought the game to play with my gf + friend and thank you so much, this is the first helpful video about r6 for beginners and it have everything i wanted to know. I am good at fps games but this one need a lot more than that
I re-installed today and haven't played since 2019. Out of the list of operators, Goyo is the one I remember. Everyone else is new. I know that I'll be rusty, but countering all these new ops will always be the greatest challenge. The variety is dense, and there could be just about any team composition. Thanks for these little refreshers, especially putting a hole in windows. As long as Kapkan still has that SASG I'm vibing.
I agree a lot with finding new teammates, I only had 1 friend that kinda played serious and is better than me at the game but he just stopped play serious and only plays causal now. Since then I found a new group and I’m improving a lot. Hoping too push past gold soon (i know I’m kinda ass)
One way that helped me get better and pretty much taught me how to play is to do customs with your friends because they taught me the basics like how to peek how to diffuse or how to pretend to diffuse and then I used those simple skills as a low rank to just naturally get better at the game. I do training and situations as well to help me out. And watch your tips of course.
also prefire if someone is peeking an angle, works for me so much when someone peeks you once they are prob greedy and gonna peek again so just hold the shoot button down you might get an kill.
I needed this vid so badly lmao. I played siege from Yr 1-3 and ended up quitting for a long time. I’m finally getting back into it and am super overwhelmed by the new additions and changes. On top of that I’ve forgotten all of the basics which is making me play too conservative and less confident. This vid helped me a ton, ik im not gonna have the best map knowledge/op strats for a while but I can at least play confidently and work towards getting back to a competitive level. Thanks a ton, def earned a sub 👍🏻
As someone who is coming back to the game (with 800 hours) from a 4 year (3.9) break from the game and just now coming back with all these changes are gonna help me now that im trying to actually get back into seige
I like number 20. It's one of the reasons I got into Siege. The community was very helpful and didn't shit on me for doing noobie stuff. But recently, I feel like we are seeing more of the annoying angry people like we often do in CoD (at least that's what I noticed in CoD when I played).
If it was mw2 they're probably just mad cause the game is rigged with skill based damage and stuff like that. It's bullshit. Hopefully that's npt in this game wanna try it maybe
This guy is completely correct i have a group of friends who barely play so i play on my own or with my best friend and i dont play good but the times in with them all its a good time and i feel like im the best player ever because all it takes for your performance to change is communication
I took advantage of the PlayStation Plus deal and copped this game, since Modern Warfare going through security issues. I’m using videos like these as a foundation of sorts.
Ngl you’re completely right about the crouching thing. I came back to siege after a while and ended up crouch roaming a lot, which in turn got me killed it a shit ton cuz I was too slow and they had an easier headshot
this comment might not be seen but i thank you so much for these tips i went from hardstuck bronze to gold 1 watching just this video and implementing these tips keep up the good content
1:10 DO NOT turn on night mode for "better audio" it does not make your audio better. if you go to your settings it clearly tells you what each audio setting does. keep it on hi-fidelity, it literally tells you that the other audio formats make your audio WORSE and states that it compresses the audio and intentionally equalizes all noises rather than letting quiet things from far away be quiet and loud things close be loud, instead its all homogenized. this makes quiet noises sound much closer than they are which WILL put you at a disadvantage
@@raz7m858 it says in my comment, keep it on hi-fi, it’s short for hi fidelity which is another word for high audio quality but hi-fi is like a standard of fidelity meaning it’s good.

Havent watched the vid yet but a major tip I'd like to give to people is to stop and listen. Just stop completely and listen, be patient, if you kill someone, immediately stop, crouch behind cover, and listen. This will get you many more kills.
i solo qued yesterday in silver iv and got a teammates that had 0,0,4,2 kills at the end of the game and i had some what 12 or more i dont remember but i dont care how good they are at pvp. the point is they used their gadgets so good example the valk had so good cams i saved like 2 or 3 rounds with them. even they arent best at pvp you can use teamwork. when the game ended i said, GG thanks for the game guys yall were so fun to play with:)
For the hit from different angles, my one friend and I have gotten pretty good at rushing together but in a very confusing way for the enemy team it involves sticking close and then separating and circling around several times clearing room after room and the enemy team can't recognize the pattern because honestly there isn't one we might start from top down, or down up. Or we separate and one goes up o e goes down and still we end up catching up with eachother on the obj and lemme tell ya nothing gets r6 players more mad than not knowing what the hell were doing because we just are too damn liquid with it and it's hard to read what we will do next because it's never the same
Ok so I’m gonna update this when I remember this to lyk if these tips work. I’m currently a player who gets maybe 1-2 kills max on a good day. Usually goes 0 and 4 in a casual match. Copper 2 (but this is ranked 2.0)
There's one tip, that completely changed my mental game, when I received it during my LoL-time: If you are not some cracked pro, you are going to lose around half of your games. That's a fact. Some games you will feel like you can't do anything, and you'll just lose. Don't let the tilt get to your head and try to learn something from each game. Sure a loss feels bad, but don't let last games loss impact the current game. Sort of ties into the 'iron mental' point on this list, but the phrasing really stuck with me on this one
Hey lesion, can you do a r6 for barbarians part 2, I'm champ but my friends that are lower ranks really understood that video with the clash of clans analogys
