  • -Vishesh gyan or extraordinary knowledge
    - If you know the language of the inanimate
-How Mystics Know the secrets of the Universe
-these are the five layers of human mechanism
    - physical body, mental body, energy body, vigyanamaya kosha (extraordinary knowledge), etheric body
    - etheric body-It is a transitory state, where physical is fading out into non-physical nature
-naturally if your breath drops below eleven then you begin to understand various reverberations that are happening around you.
    - If your breath drops below nine, naturally,
without controlling it, then, what the plants are exuding, the plant life, what it is doing, becomes very obvious to you.
-If your breath drops below six, then what the inanimate things,
how they’re reverberating- this is known as ritambhara pragna.
-As the concerns of survival recede, human beings will naturally evolve into perceiving higher things.
-breath is a survival process. If you sit still it goes down, the more still your body becomes, the less you breathe
-If you bring your whole system
to a certain level of stillness, not being in a hyper ventilated state, then your perception goes on increasing.
    - deepen your stillness

Realized lately we need certain level of spiritual evolution to be able to grasp what this genius is saying otherwise few years back I used to listen to him but couldn't get the depth of his words. Really everything is energy and in order to get connection we need to match our frequencies first just like adjusting the frequencies while listening to radio stations. Love Sadhguru 💜🙏

Sadhguru, this makes so much sense to me, because I've had breathing problems from as far as I can remember. Things like asthma, bronquitis, sinusitis, allergies, lack of oxigen, have always been present to me. To sum it up, I was born with lungs a little smaller than the average person. And many many times in my life, usually when I'm alone, I kind of forget to breathe, so I breathe very slowly, and I get dragged in this very weird feeling, I don't know if I can call it a feeling, but I suddenly realise that I'm absorbing this very strange inaudible noise, that seems to come out of everything in my surroundings Hahahahah now seeing your video today was truly amazing. Thank you so much for having the patience to share this knowledge with us. Sadhguru has helped me to let go of many bad memories that got me stuck in a negative spiral for so many years. I'm thankful to Christ and to him. 🙏

You might want to try deep breathing exercises like take a few breaths through your nostrils than hold your breath for 10 ,20,30 seconds or longer or less which ever is most comfortable to you but holding the breath allows your body to absorb more prana than just regular breathing ,so ,is there any prana in your inhaler? Probably not and I think the Bible says in the Book of Genesis that God breathed into Adams nostrils the Breath of Life and Adam became a living being? So God didn't breathe the breath of life into Adams mouth,or ears but into his nose so maybe lots of humans have forgotten to breath through thier nose? Also you might want to try using the happy go lucky "violet flame" in haler ? There's plenty of "violet flame"videos on TH-cam.

Finally someone talking about this: breath!
We often hear people / experts talking about heart rate, about our brain (thinking) etc.
    But rarely about our breath.
Yes, heart rate correlates with number of breaths per minute.
But there is something peculiar about the breath..
I do have strong experiences / visions associated with it.
So glad to hear finally someone is talking about (in this way) ... 🙏🏼🌻

@@charuasija488 @Luis Solano Well, when the breath freque
ncy really really goes down - to 3 or 2 even breaths per minute - one reaches an ultradeep level of relaxation that I am sure can be expressed in some specific brainwave frequency.
And one simply sees different things. Or connects the dots in different ways.
It’s as if you’re sitting in a translucent elevator and looking at reality from a higher (or deeper) perspective. Just like a drone that goes higher and higher up in the air, your perspective broadens and even though you might be looking at the same reality, in a way, you connect the dots of that reality differently …
It’s another way of saying that your vibration changes / increases …
Does that make sense to you?

Let go of these old feelings, emotions, impressions, thoughts... just look at them when they arise, they will come and GO, just do NOT fight them nor judge them, they are like clouds in the sky, just rising and passing by, just observe and keep watching the breath, coming in, moving out and the little pause in between! Never try to force anything, that won't work! Fixing on a mantra like "so-ham-ham sa", this sound naturally occurs with the breath, is of great help to give the mind some job to be busy with! Mind always "looks" for something to do, if it is given a job, fine! And don't worry, nor wobble, all will be fine - you are it, promised!

There is inner Engineering program offered by sadguru, please practice as he says, please do not change a little, I am very much sure, this will help. First you need to get seed from spiritual master. That is a seed of spirituality - Shambhavi initiation.

I just checked; I breathe 7 times per minute which according to you should give me access to animals and plants "worlds"! I have been trying for many years to communicate with animals. I can send but dot not, really, receive. I mean, I cannot keep up a "conversation" with an animal, which is what animal communicators do.

That helped very much, the demonstration, of yoga. The breath at 9 or 11 as example, dose that me you are slowly dropping your breath to your personal comfort zone, so we let the body learn it naturally? As we do it? Or push it a little each time? I have felt the difference of tension in the body, and mistaken it for energy. Soooo I can relax and hold the spine. But I think .well that is as far as I got. But you relax into it? Just enough? Or do things happen differently if you ca manage your breath , what does 9 11 breath mean?

Oh @sadhguru. My breath dropped down to 4 per minute. but I don't really feel or hear subsonic sounds , plant life is also not so obvious to me, inanimate things reverberations are also not experienced. I just feel most of the times.. am I even breathing? so I started counting it. Do I need to be more conscious to experience what I am missing? Please help I might feel lost in next 2 or 3 days. 🗣

Right bro! When were not taking those deep breaths it's like were holding our breathe and our body begins to take the smallest breaths on it's own. Than when moving to fast and anxiety kicks in because of high heart rate Haha one questions weather deep bresthing will take it away faster or just doing nothing meaning no breath or breath holds. It's insane how creator left us here to figure this out in our 20s and up

The 5 demensions you speak of, are thr followed in one pattern...so to say 1 through 5 ? Also once a person reaches bliss, does it stay constant or is it a lifelong journery to continue through the 5 stanges to reach blissfulness once again. Like circles trdifing each and learning through the process.. or is each and evry stange only once till you reach bliss....??? Thank you in advance for answering my question...thank you Sadahguru....
