Well, in Estonia you need to have a permit from the government. I have it. In Latvia and Lithuania metal Detecting is still unregulated and in a Grey zone.

I'm going to Balticum in April. Is the ground still frozen? Do you know if any of the three Baltic states are legal to metal detect in?
