  • In this video, we illustrate an example of a therapist and client collaboratively developing a behavioural experiment aimed at testing negative predictions about a situation.
    Behavioural Experiments are applicable to a range of presenting problems and issues, and as such, feature across several of the CCI modules (e.g., panic, social anxiety, generalized anxiety and worry, body dysmorphic disorder, eating disorders, perfectionism, etc.).
