Taking advantage of woman is not a mental health issue; it is a character issue and he needs to change his character

Narcissists and sociopaths can't generally articulate empathy and remorse from within. They try to figure out what others want to hear, and they throw out a shallow response. That's what we're hearing.

@@elizabethpedano9564 I see where you are coming from. I do.
I read it as this man is shameless in using legitimate conditions to try and manipulate the court into doing what he wants.
I watch a ton of these videos, as I'm sure you do, and the inappropriate use of claiming mental and/or physical conditions the defendant doesn't have is rampant.
It's disgusting because for defendants who do have these conditions it makes it much harder to get help.

Even the judge is irritated from the start of this hearing. The judge wasn’t going to play with this man. He’s a problem. The judge is tired of him being in his courtroom and a problem in society. He has no apartment or job. Being locked up makes that disappear. Duh his choices are why this is. He lives a life based on his own lies and delusion.
He couldn’t even answer the judge’s question. He’s mush mouthed for real. He’s not an active father based on those answers. He’s an abuser that uses women. Therapy ain’t helping him he ain’t trying to change

I feel badly for that child. Judge Judy made a really significant point on one of her shows when she said "I think that, in order to become a parent, one should be required to pass a test which covers parenting. and child rearing. If they BOTH pass the test, great. They're comgratulated and bid best wishes. If they fail, theyre not allowed to have children until they pass the test." Oh how I wish that could become a reality.

But I sure as Hell didn’t stand up for him!!!! The only thing I did wrong was not believing a girl who said she was pregnant with his child before we got married, and we only stayed married 4 years, and she moved! But her son came home and the boys were tested and they are half brother’s!!!! Not shocked!!! Now they are close, the mother has passed and their dad has been in prison for 44 years!!! The other son is also close to me! Full circle!!!! 😊

The dark triad is a psychological theory of personality, first published by Delroy L. Paulhus and Kevin M. Williams in 2002 that describes three notably offensive, but non-pathological personality types: Machiavellianism, sub-clinical narcissism, and sub-clinical psychopathy. Each of these personality types is called dark because each is considered to contain malevolent qualities.
