I only bought the sliders, barrings, springs, nuts and screws. That cost me about €30. I did not use all the bought springs, barrings, nuts and screws. I think when you have to buy everything, roughly €60 to €70.
Useful additions, 0.1uF cap across auto stop/start switch wires for contact arc suppression/RF reduction, and a snubber/filter across motor connections at top of motor to also reduce RF noise. This looks a good design.
WARNING: Before you sink too much time and money into this project, first buy the motor, drill chuck, and power supply. You want to test that you can run it at speed without wobble. If you have lower voltage power supplies (6V?) try those first and work your way up to the 10V power supply. If the motor shaft is bent, or the chuck is not concentric or balanced, then it will wobble violently which would be unsafe, much less usable. Assembly notes: 130mm red 16AWG wire from the auto start-stop limit switch to the power input. 150mm black 16AWG wire from the auto start-stop limit switch to the ON/OFF rocker switch. 320mm black 16AWG wire from the negative terminal of the motor to the power input. 190mm red 16AWG wire from the motor to the ON/OFF rocker switch. 1:34 M2.2x9.5mm screws to fasten the auto start-stop limit switch. 1:45 If you don't have M3x10, then M3x8 or M3x12 (with a washer) should work. 3:43 My motor did not come with mounting screws, but M2.5x10 flat head phillips machine screws worked. 4:46 Instead of glue, I used M3x30 bolts with two nuts (first to hold the bolt tight and the second to lock against the first) and a washer on the other side. 5:27 I used M3x20 with flat washer and lock washer and it still stuck out a little bit. M3x18 would probably be flush. 5:39 M2.2x9.5 works. 6:14 The through hole in the Elevator-Column-Top-part is only wide enough to fit one 16AWG wire. You'll need to widen that hole to fit both wires through.
sonunda beklediğim tasarım geldi teşekkürler. standartların dışına çıkılmış güzel bir çalışma tebrik ederim. buna lineer cross lazer gönyede taktın mı tadından yenmez.
I made one years ago. From metal rods, linear bearings and some printer parts. Now im making fully from metal. Its more stable and the drill will have literally 0 play. Which is must have for precision and such tiny drill bits. I can share video if needed.
I made this bench drill after buying a 3D printer. My first project. Excellent drill for PCB's. Thanks for sharing. I added a led light.
What was the rough cost for parts?

Gerçek bir mühendissin, teşekkürler! Buna bir de PWM ile hız ayarı yapılırsa tadından yenmez.
this is awesome!! I need something like this with a b12 chuck for countersinking corners holes on acrylic!
Your project gave me a good idea for my research work of study. Thank you very much.

tekrar izledim tekrar yorum yapıyorum. çok ihtiyaç duyduğum bir araç
Başarılı ve kararlı oldu, tebrikler 🎉
The best very brother❤

Aşırı güzel abi. Kesin ben de yapacagım aynısından. Eline sağlık
Good work
Thanks for sharing
Güzel işler, teşekkürler çalışma için.
On your Prototype u can setup the speed before drilling on the final product not or did I miss something?
You can change the speed with an external voltage adjustable power supply. (7-12V)
@@Kendin-Yap Ah thx I was trying to understand what do you change between prototyp and final version. :)
Хорошо получилось 👍
ok tks for your information
Üstad eline sağlık. Daha önceki versiyondaki ufak kayma sorunları kaybolmuş.

Good job 👏
Do you think you can make a video making 3D printed rc tugboat like Peter sripol
linklerde ürünlerin yanına kaç tane almamız gerektiğinide yazarmısınız farkında olmadan eksik alıyorum bazen
Motor link goes to a DC 370, lower torque and power.
nice

Thanks. I've been looking for a video like this. What infill percentage do you use for the printed parts?
