You can use this as a normal router but it has a list of firmware available in the Meraki dashboard and you have to use a firmware from that list only.

@@srv7216 it is based on the configuration on how what private IP you want the router to assigned. MX is a router so based on the LAN IP you will get an IP, default will be from 192.168 series.
@@dddrumzstudios6849 so either your pc need an upgrade or device need a factory reset. Do a factory reset and if that doesn't work then try another pc, if that too doesn't work, replace the Meraki

@@seetendrapanda do you have licence of these devices with you ? If yes then create a dashboard account and claim these devices in your dashboard.
I have meraki mx68w and it is claimed. How do i reset the unit
Do you want to claim it in a new organisation? Or just want to reset it ?
Does the client IP on the MX64 change depending on what IP the ISP has assigned us or do all Meraki devices bring it to you with the IP 192.168.01?

Create a new dashboard account and raise a case with Meraki to recover the same.
How to update firmware
Go to Organisation > Firmware upgrades > All Networks > select the devices and click on Schedule upgrades
