And this was their reason: Matter not resolved: Non-cooperation from the supplier so he is getting away with it. Thank you Carte Blanche.

I feel like carte Blanche should have a list of dodgy businesses listed on their website so before I deal with any new business I can compare it against their list
It was me that exposed him in this Carte Blanche expose. If there are others that were not part of the original 30 interviewed by Carte Balance producers, you are welcome to contact me to share your experience. It was a blast working with Bongani and Carol on this. Very very professional outfit. And thanks Carte Blanche for taking up helping SMMEs.
Well done for going public with this & taking this scumbag on. It's now time for the SAPS to do their job & arrest him. He must go to prison for a long time.
Lock him up and throw the keys away. In fact investigate him for drug dealing as there's more than likely something there. Power of suggestion and all that.

You just have to look at a person's eyes to see their dodginess...even during a cellphone video call, he couldn't manage maintain eye contact. He gets off on trying to intimidate people who latch onto his schemes, and deserves to see the inside of a jail cell.
Maybe there should be a private extrajudicial military type organization to start taking on these criminals and cartels. They seem to operate with no repercussions even when there is evidence to arrest them. Obviously cops are not doing anything. Normal everyday people are being affected by this. Most people just want to live in peace but this is becoming a scarce commodity in SA.

But that's just it, HE WASN'T a businessman. He is an alleged CONMAN, a CONfidence MAN. Businesses have to follow the law, pay due taxes and fees, register, have reachable addresses, etc. This man, though, had very little in any way to prove legitimacy.
@@psylentrage I agree, but he used the imagery of a big corporate/ professional business to scam people. I am much more cautious of professional looking businesses now.
A service like this is actually needed but properly accredited. I just bought a property & I can’t get the seller, estate agent or attorneys to ensure the conditions of sale are met. They are storming ahead with registration, protecting the seller but not the purchaser. The seller lied, removed items & now I am in consultation with another legal firm to try interdict the registration until the conditions are met. I don’t know what to do. We have paid, met all conditions but as per the OTP, all plumbing leaks were to be repaired, which have not been done. The property was also bought as a running guesthouse with furniture all included. The seller has removed items & left the property in a mess. We have all communication in writing, evidence of pictures, and so much more, but as the buyer we are left hung out to dry to pay for these repairs & to replace the missing items. What can I do? Who can help me? I just want the conditions of sale to be met as stipulated on the OTP. 😢
"Eskom CEO was poisoned, don't you got something better to do?" hahaha. Sorry to those who got scammed, but the business models make some sense and do adds value to the buyer.
Thats cute.....Carte Blanche included another franchisor that copied James' structure and continued. The "software" they use is a PowerPoint file..🤦♂️
And he says eskom ceo was poisoned. Are you not the same poison if not worse if at that level you would threaten someone's life for as little as R10000.
This story is daft, its standard Modus Operandi in South Africa. Rather Pursue where the Comp. Commission is being Bribed to Change evidence in Cases and Make Claims of False Purchases. Even the Tribunal is in on the Deal. Cash Money flowing from Large Franchisors & Brands to Tribunal to eliminate their required adherence to Consumer Protection Act, by making cases Vanish.

Absolutely
That'd be a great tool actually. Great tool for business even.

He's a nasty piece of work. Just wish people would do their due diligence before buying into a concept that from my understanding wasn't yet proven.
The other company mentioned in the expose is doing basically the same. Just more clever.

He actually told me he is an attorney, which he said in this segment, on camera that he is not, that is a criminal offence in itself.
Thank you for this episode, this dude is waiting for my payment, I m gonna make a follow up today and see if he is stil in business.
If you can't get the right evidence, just sack him for tax evasion.
