Wow I’m surprised at how similar we are. I can definitely relate to that ending part. I fall victim to people of the past a lot. I give second chances to people who wouldn’t even genuinely do that for me. I’m 20 and just got my own apartment downtown in Chicago. From that alone a lot of people from the past have been hitting me up and trying to enter my life again. I find it annoying and hurtful bc if I wasn’t doing better and leveling up i probably wouldn’t hear from them.

As someone who is cookin, a smokeless grill is great for steak, chicken, and fish. After workouts, I get my seasoned meats, make a side, and watch anime while it cooks

Mannnn always rinse off your meat and tenderize it with a fork not a knife and only pour oil in and sear your skillet has to be hot like sizzling then when u get the brown marks then flip it that's when u add your butter on top of steak then u just keep basting it a steak only takes 7 to 10 mins at the most your was definitely cooked to long

If you have a smart watch that tells you your heart rate while you are working out you can always monitor which zone you are in.
