I am starting a art page just started drawing if you could show some support on following me on Instagram @alaeze_begin to see me grow and improve on my art.
@Yassir Rossel I mean, if you understood human anatomy pretty well I don't think you would know dog anatomy unless you've practiced in that area as well.
Kah Kochie im starting to study animal anatomy and i can understand what he meant. the studies started by comparing the anatomy of the human to an animal anatomy and see how it differentiates or stems from the human anatomy
You should check out two things. Aaron Blaise, a Disney animator that was featured on Proko's channel a while back, and also the Animal Anatomy Atlas PDF
@@jayab108 I do not mean that you will know it magically, I mean you will learn much more easily because you will already understand several basic aspects. Motion, bean, robo-bean, manequinazation, the complete live drawing foundamental course.
Outstanding! I’m big into sculpting, and looking forward to seeing the full instruction for more ideas. Saw lots of techniques and tricks in this short vid alone. Will this be cast, by the way? Would love to see that process too, since it’s such an intricate piece.
Yeah there will be more explaining in the next video where I'll tell you more about the process. This one probably won't be cast, it would just be too difficult for this design and the sculpture was mostly just to be a fun project to get people excited about upcoming sculpture courses.
This is Chavant NSP medium. I actually mixed a little bit of hard clay into it and changed the color a bit by mixing the tan and green clays That Chavant has just because I like the look.
I need a video on how to keep a clay sculpture from cracking as it dries if anybody knows of one. So far out of the 4 that I did, 1 had minimal to no cracking. So frustrating.
What kind of clay were you using? for this video I use Chavant NSP which is an oil clay that doesn't dry out but that means that I would have to take a mold to make it permanent. Every type of clay has it's advantages and disadvantages.
@@AndrewJosephKeith I used air dry clay that you find at any crafts store, I quickly learned after my first one that an armature was a no go. I will look into oil based clay nexf, thanks!
I'm not sure what clay they use but this is Chavant NSP medium, it's an oil and wax based clay that doesn't dry out and can be softened and melted with a heat gun as you see in the video.
@@AndrewJosephKeith Maybe its the wax then, i think lorecraft uses oil based clay, never heard anything about wax so i suppose its oil based only. Didnt know there was wax based clays.
wow holy crap that mini intro itself is gold
Check out the lesson version narrated by sculptor Andrew Keith that breaks down the process step by step: th-cam.com/video/d9H82U9ZHwU/w-d-xo.html

Fluffy HellHound 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Peace Proko✌🏻😊
Que material se utilizo para hacer ese bello dragón
if that was indeed some sort of clay, do you think you could RAKU fire it, with the metal wire and the paper+ paper tape inside of the neck?
I should watch more Proko. Dude made me laugh on a number of occasions. That opener was dope
The added texture to its skin looks amazing the teeth and spikes too.

Hey do you do animal anatomy studies tutorials too? I kinda want to see how other people are drawing animals too.
If you understand the human body. You can understand everything.
@Yassir Rossel I mean, if you understood human anatomy pretty well I don't think you would know dog anatomy unless you've practiced in that area as well.

I tried to watch game of thrones but not a fan yet the soundtrack... goosebumps
Awesome intro. Have you ever thought about asking viewers to send drawings for you to critique? It might make for some interesting videos

You guys had fun making this video, am I guessing right ?
you're right! it was awesome.
Now imagine the same work but with stone! I look at chineese dragons with new eyes now.
we crumple the paper and then sculpt everything else - everything is simple ))
Didn't expect it was Proko lol I was surprised.
Anyway, this is how to properly clean your nose.. 4:27
Hey is your clay different from the one LoreCraft uses? ive never seen him use the heatgun to melt/stick it together, just wondering.

A Real life ZBRUSH !
Haters gonna say it’s clay. 🙄❤️
what material did you use?
The Mother of Dragons may be Daenerys Targaryen, but the Father of Dragons will forever be Larry Elmore (at least to me)
When you're here because you got the notification
_But have never seen Game of Thrones_
haha you want to know a secret? I've never seen it either but it was still fun to carve this dragon.
A dragon sculpting a dragon.

Why don't make full body in smaller size?
Why don't you show us how it's done?
The intro looks really James Gurney-ish...?
