i recently found some clay during a project in my backyard, and ive been processing it so i could make myself some fun things, but i havent had any idea of what to make besides coil pots and such. this is actually such a good idea!! thank you for showing boe you did it, too (with amazing visuals/editing too!!) may i ask, did you make your kiln yourself? whats your backstory? great job dude :)
That’s awesome and thank you! I really want to try making something out of naturally found clay at some point also. I found the kiln on marketplace for a good deal. Unfortunately, the timer doesn’t work, so I have to manually increase the heat every 30 minutes 😅. But other than that it gets hot! Some backstory: I started doing pottery at the end of last November (2022). I learned from TH-cam, then took a few classes until I found some used equipment. I fell in love with it and decided to combine the trade with other things I love. I have some off and on experience with filming and editing. But this was the first time I filmed anything for myself since I was a little kid, which coincidentally were short clay animations. Thanks again for the kind words!
@@Thrawanyeah naturally found clay and processing it to make good clay is in my opinions half the fun lol. i definitely recommend if youre able to find any good deposits. i may look through some marketplaces for some used kilns too! your channel has so much potential, a great backstory, and i cant wait to see what other fun things you do :) ill see you around!!!!

The plant is Bidens alba. The inflorescences become spiky balls. It's completely different from the Azure Bluet, which is the plant in Minecraft.
