THANK YOU for finally making this video!!! I sorely needed it a few months ago when I installed this very bumper on my XJ. I couldn't for the life of me figure out where to actually drill that piece that goes underneath the jeep to reinforce the side where the tire carrier would go. I had help but we both just didn't know where it went. You made it look SO easy! Thanks again!
PLUS I cant mount a chair rail like you did. Thought that was great. A little Wabbly but with some improvements it could still work. May be some fold down legs on each side
Hey guys I love your videos I was wondering if you would consider doing a video on using a high lift jack to jack up an XJ! I have a higher lift jack but I can't figure out a safe way to use it on my XJ... So it's just on my back bumper for looks at this point... Thanks guys you have taught me so much!!!
I love this bumper! Just a tip, don't level the bumper. Tilt it up a little because after you install the tire carrier, tire, and the rest of the accessories on the weight will move it down a little. Especially if you dive rough roads it'll move. & having it tilted up will help keep the tire carrier closed & helps holding it when it's open.
Could you make a video on how to repair a back windshield wiper. I dont think you use one or either my dad but i'd like to use mine for shits and giggles. Pretty sure my motor is trashed inside, but just giving suggestions.
Great videos. Is there a video where you install the actual tyre carrier part for the xj? I see you've done vids for installing tyre carrier for other keeps, but not the xj. But in your walk around video, the xj has the tyre carrier component on it.

Very Disappointed the Bumper you show is no longer available anywhere. Unless bent and un usable from You Pull it. I wanted to use a Trailer Hitch mounted Winch on it. I could remove it and uses it in the rear as well.
The dude is like "if you want help on how to take off the stock bumper check the description below" you go and check and there's nothing there besides some sarcastic ass description with no help

what year is it? if its older you'll need to take it in and have it recharged with r12 freon. If its newer it uses 134a and you can do it yourself.

What do you think of the powder coat finish on this bumper? It looks smooth in this vid but in JCR's pics it looks more textured.
I painted it myself. I think their powder coat option does have some texture to it.
