I have probably watched a 100 videos on mixing vocals / mix, still not good. Not sure what it is about this video, but you seemed to explain it in a way where I was able to comfortably understand the reasoning behind vocals not sitting well. I'm a FAANG engineer too btw, you'd think I would have been able to get the picture before. I actually bought the xvox pro bundle and assumed I would never look at them, this video convinced me otherwise.

just Got this Plug in and i'm enjoying it. btw. I have a questions about adlibs and delay throws. which is better to do? make them a seperate bus/group and route it in "all vocal bus" or mix them individually? please reply thank you
Both ways are good! If you're going to route them to an "all vocal bus" - you might not want to do too much heavy processing on the all vocal bus. Do most of your processing on the track level, then use the "all vocal bus" for some very subtle overall processing. Here's a full step-by-step tutorial where we use this approach with ad libs / backgrounds / delay throws, where we do end up creating an all vocal bus.
