I do like parts of MOS but prioritise the Superman ip over just one interpretation and if Snyder's Superman was human he woulda spared that guy's life.. punched his windows and keyed his car.... Which is more of a drama queen move than taking it out on him. Maybe he'd be allowed to swing at him if he had no powers but these aren't the kinda ideas we wanna be working with here

You said it man I honestly am able to look over plot holes and continuity errors if the characters are emotionally engaging. But most characters in a Zack Snyder film are stoic, distant, and consumed in their own self importance. For Snyder it all boils down to: Does it look cool?
Lois Lane is arguably the worst character in Zack Snyder's DC run. She is just plain terrible in the Zack Snyder DC movies. I feel bad for Amy Adams, she is a good actress, but she had nothing worth while to do.
Well at least Bay knows how people see him and embraces it. Snyder acts like he should be up there amongst the likes of Stanley Kubrick, Christopher Nolan, Martin Scorsese, and Steven Spielberg as one of the greatest directors of all time

I didn't watch the DC stuff but I've seen Henry Cavill act to his bones & he was the right age/look for Superman. What a waste of a great opportunity. & who gets a bad performance out of Amy Adams? The lack of character depth really speaks to ZS being a bad director of actors in particular. I hope no one lets him near a nude scene again without an Intimacy/Sensitivity co-ordinator.

37:45 Netflix has bunch of great shows. Umbrella Academy, The Sandman and it’s spin off Dead Boy Detectives, it’s does have shit like the Kissing booth but it’s does give some incredible shows.
I haven't seen a Zack Snyder film since Watchmen came out, but every time I see a trailer of his every shot just looks like CGI even when I know it's not CGI

The movies might be decent for average movie goer who doesn't know DCAU or what the characters actually are like but i have grown watching these and tbh snyder movies are pretty shitty. If you think those movies are good then you don't know the characters either. The possibilities of stories were infinite yet those were the movies made, such low standard that even i was about to puke while watching the movies. I'm talking abt every DCEU movie not just Snyder

i love the watchmen, 300 and the zack snyder dceu trilogy... they were a refreshing change from the campy marvel fomula which is being recycled till today.

Nite Owl in the graphic novel is past his prime but in the movie he's literally Batman. Snyder injected a bunch of hyper-stylized action scenes which added nothing to the story. And the film features the worst sex scene ever filmed. Hallelujah!

If you have never watched "The Seven Samurai," you should. Although you could also watch the original "Magnificent Seven" and pick up the gist.
