You’re my go-to channel when I need help with OBS. Keep it up! It would be great to see new content on setting up and recording tutorial videos with OBS (scenes, PiP, etc.).
Thank You Michael. I've watched a countless number of your videos over the years as myself and the team went down the road of live streaming. As you said, some videos can be hits or misses, but we learn along the way and just have fun doing so. Many of your videos and reviews have been very helpful. Take some time for yourself as you deserve it. We will be here for you. Thank You!!!

@@SpaceCadet4JesusSorry for your loss. I watched all of the video as he said he is refocusing for 2025 with his new content. This channel has helped me on so many levels. My knowledge of using OBS is all down to Michael. Lots of failures at the beginning but now I am much more confident with using this for my DJ livestreams. Keep them coming please Michael, because like others have said on here, you are my go-to place and I always recommend you to anyone I meet who is starting up. Best wishes and thanks to you, sir. 😎
Michael, you are a big bro for me. I started my live stream career watching ur videos. Im now one the leading yt channels in my region and globally in the domain. Whew! Glad you're still sticking around. I appreciate your channel because when I started streaming, streaming was still relatively new and most if not all of the tutorial videos I found were made by kids. You had me worried with the title. I've learned so much from you and Sam over at Live Productions, Tips, and Tools. I appreciate your approach and that you ask for constructive criticism. Thanks for all you do.
You're so right. There is often no rhyme or reason to why a video will do good or fall flat. The best metric I've seen is a completely unique topic, or a major event. With that said, that's harder to come up with than most realize. You deserve far more attention just based on quality content and hard work alone but TH-cam algorithms often just prioritize click bait titles and a pretty face thumbnail over helpful information. Without a doubt you are the go to channel for honest streaming content without overhyped and overly expensive products. What you do with basic gear is far more than most do with a full blown, cutting edge studio. While you do talk about helpful products, I don't feel like I'm being oversold on a product that's just a fad or for the money. That shows integrity and a passion for the truth for viewers. Thank you for all your help and I look forward to more insightful videos!

Your channel has shown me a lot of OBS related tips that have made my stream significantly better, the sort of content I’m seeking in this category now are more advanced tutorials to aid in automating / macros and looping stuff to make a one man stream setup look as good as a broadcast truck filled with a dozen crew.
@@MichaelFeyrerJr looking forward to it! Especially if you can talk about examples in how a technique across different stream genres (sports, gaming, presentations etc)
I saw this and was like he cant be shutting down the channel. I have watched several of your videos that have helped me with setting up OBS. Keep up the tutorials, and I look forward to seeing all the new tips and tricks you have for 2025.
Michael you are amazing and awesome. I heard the most watched videos are around a decade old.I can really relate to putting time and effort into videos and the feeling when the views go no where, it's an experience I have regularly. Happy New Year to you. Your content has been invaluable to me.
Lets get to it my Friend 😊 love your work even the tips what aint for me but its for another a great tip. Stay as you are in your positive vibe, we need more people like you. Sending ❤ 2 you . Btw 🎉happy new year🎉
We love and respect you Michael and appreciate all you do and freely give. The way you teach is truly unique, so needed and digestible. Glad you aren't leaving us! Thank you!
This is the best channel Ever, You have taught us all so much , from OBS - Prism to TH-cam and growing our channels and community big Up to you and Thank you so much for all you do , You are truly an Inspiration in our life. Happy 2025 and Beyond
Thanks for your videos! I actually downloaded and installed Prism today because of you. This is my go to channel for streaming, OBS, etc. Thanks for all that you do. It is really appreciated. 👍
I’ve used several of your product videos to pick out headphones, microphones cameras, and stuff like that I’ve not always purchased the ones that you did, but they may be look at different direction for my streaming and video content. I appreciate your channel and I always pop in when you have a new video and hit the light button keep it up. Happy new year let’s go 2025.
Glad to hear these news. Your channel is The one I go to if I need any help with OBS, plugins or tricks how to do something or simplify stuff. Your passion can be seen in your every video, my friend. Keep them coming, we will keep watching and learning. Hope you get the growth you deserve. Regards from Croatia, 😇.
I think also the issue with your channel not growing is added to the fact that most people watch your videos whenever they need to set up something very specific (I'm guilty of this as well), I'm suscribed, and you are one of the first channels I visit whenever I need to set something for streaming, but then again I'm not a streamer/youtuber, so for me (and I suspect for a lot of other people as well), this channel and the kind of content of this channel is kinda like a help guide or yellow pages book, you only open it whenever you need something, it doesn't mean that we don't appreciate you, but you gotta understand that your niche is the "content setup" market, it's most of the time a one use product. I'm pretty sure in the upcoming years your videos will remain as a helping guide for people who want to stream in the future, and remember you could always teach about newer upcoming software
Your Channel has been the most helpful channel for me i have your channel url saved as "Stream Help" bcoz i know u got everything i would ever need. Thank god u r not stopping and that would be unlikely of u, as u have so much indepth knowledge of how content creation works. i dont comment or engage alot with social media except for liking and saving, but i genuienly Appreciate ur channel and i always wondered like how is it possible for it to get less discovered than what i ever found generally on YT or anywhere else.
I just found your channel a couple days ago and from what I've seen, yours is the easiest to follow. I'm in the early stages of doing this and I built one of my sons a pc for christmas and we set everything up on his pc and I had to refer to a bunch of your videos to get things running smoothly, so I thank you for that. Also, being a long time Queensryche fan (beginning in the Rage For Order era), I think I made the right choice in content creators.
So finally, you are not going to quit. I think we misunderstood the title of the video. Honestly, I had unsubscribed for a couple of years, but I resubscribed last months because it remains interesting and, you know, it has become a hobby as well. But you helped me a lot during the pandemic when I wanted to provide quality lessons to my students, and your channel and all your advice were very helpful. Now I see that you are a true Master because you also teach by example, and not quitting is a great lesson. I have decided to stay subscribed and continue supporting this channel, and I am very pleased with your optimism, joviality, and continuous study. I also apply these principles, so I understand you perfectly.
Thank you for making our communities better and keeping us educated on everything we can do with improving our streams. I watched this video and yes I think perhaps there is a slow in this content but its not that creators arent looking for new tools and things to try. If it helps, lately I am more focused not so much on the now and what is released but what is to come. I want to know what is TH-cam working on to improve it's services for content creators such as projects or experiments or what do they want to release that us content creators can sink our teeth into. Also what are the opinions of experts like yourself on these new tested items that will be come in the future. I do find some comments on new TH-cam features, but I am also trying to find out what is Kick doing to improve its service. What is Twitch doing to improve its service. These are the questions or the information that I am seeking. I also want to know the opinions of other more experience content creators on these possible new future items. I think especially Kick and Twitch as I am new on those platforms and I find it hard to find out what are they working on or what do those companies want to do to improve their platforms to make me want to stay. Those are topics that I search for but also I like to know the opinions of other creators that have been in eco system for years on these new experiments and test. This is where you come in. I am not sure if I am the only one that has these questions but I thought I would share my questions with you to see if maybe it might help your channel as I've enjoyed everything you've had to share since I started.
I AM SO GLAD YOU AREN'T QUITTING. Michael 13 years ago I started my channel. I was playing games with my friends during the lets play era of youtube, life got crazy, I went to college, got married, had children, and only logged back into my channel after 8 years of zero activity on the whim of my daughter who asked to see what I use to do on TH-cam. That little spark from my daughter lit a fire under me AND her where she "wanted to be like dad" and play games with friends and make videos. So, I morphed my channel into as family friendly of a channel that I could and we started on our journey with old equipment and a new drive to try to do something with our combined interest. I found you first and have watched SO MANY of your videos and still incorporate new things I learn from you almost weekly into trying to improve our streams (which is our most watched content) currently in games my kids want to play. I honestly got frustrated not having the high end equipment a lot of people have but I kept watching your videos to learn how to make things look better even if I didn't have the shiniest newest gear. So, Happy 2025 if you see this, from a "new" creator trying to teach my children editing, computers, the joys of gaming, etc. Your positivity kept me going to not give up on not only what was once my dream but is now a shared dream of my children and myself and honestly if it wasn't for you, we wouldn't have made it to where we are now, even if we are just beginning. Thank you for everything. Additionally: I'm not sure if you ever made a video about this or not, but I followed your aitum vertical video to stream to YT shorts and wide at the same time and while it didn't work for me at first due to constant crashes and stuff I kept going trying to troubleshoot what I COULD do without having the money to upgrade stuff. I found that having an NVIDIA graphics card and using NVEC AV1 codec not only made my streams flawlessly get to viewers with with zero dropped frames (OVER an 8 HOUR STREAM) when just regular NEVC 265 wasn't agreeing with my pc, but coupling that with your OBS teleport video found a creative way to show ALL of my family on stream at the same time in a way my computer could actually do and still function. So again thank you for everything! We wouldn't be here without you!
Such an awesome story!! Thanks. I love to know I helped you bring your kids in to do something together. That’s what cars have always done for me and my kids.
Just let me say Michael you helped me so much , If you can get through to an old fossil like me (71 years old) that makes you some kind of super tutor, , keep making it happen for people like me and many more yet to sample your unique talents 👋👋👋👋👋👋👋
You were my go to channel two years ago when i first decided to make the channel ( i had reserved the space just not content). Unfortounately, real life had other plans for me so I had to put out content when I could which i think ultimately has hurt my growth. I do see what your new videos are about and still watch them and look for stuff in them. Hopefully 2025 is the year for me to go more consistent on my channel but i have alot more experience on making thumbnails, but I am still struggling on making my audio sound good. Ive seen your videos many times , but it just isnt clicking, Anyways, if you had quit then that would mean that i have 100% less chance of making it and lets be honest , its going to be a hard climb. Anyways, thanks for your content , they do make a difference
Im glad your not quiiting Michael.. I found your channel at a time when I was going thru some very tough time following the pandemic and your channel was very helpful in keeping me inspired to pursue creating content even tho I already was at the time.. Thank you for all of the information and inspiration you have shared since my time being subscribed to your channel.. Happy New Year
Would you be interested in remoting into a streamers system and setting up their system for live streaming? You could setup a price structure and I for one would be interested in having you remote in and setup my systems for live gaming.
@MichaelFeyrerJr I totally understand. I enjoy your streams and they help A LOT. Thank you for all the help you provide to everyone. Have a wonderful new year to you and your family.
Please continue blessing us with ur videos, the metrics dont tell the full picture of how big of a change ur informative and helpful videos make in streamers lives. i wish growth and prosperity upon u and ur channel ~🥰
I am bringing more people to your channel in 2025. Your channel is one of the hidden gems on TH-cam. More power to you and I look forward to more amazing and useful content from you in 2025. Good luck and your channel is extremely useful and important for the TH-cam community. Thank you.
Maybe some further dividing/cataloging of your playlists into “beginner, intermediate, and advanced” subsets could encourage people to watch more evergreen videos, might be worth a shot. I can imagine a beginner (new viewer) letting such a playlist roll to learn. Keep up the good work!
As someone new to streaming and more so OBS, this is a HUGE bummer. This channel has helped me soooo much Ím not sure where to go from here. Dońt quit, figure a way to pivot. In the words of Ross Geller, PIVOT! PIVOT!!!!!
I always reccomend you, as all that I know, it just comes from you basically... I don't watch you as often, as I'm kinda settled up on my streams, and this month, after 3 years of streaming, I finally became a Twitch affiliate. It just couldn't been possible without your help. Also I started editing videos on TH-cam at the beginning of the year, but things went a little bit sideways. I appreciate your effort, and, again, thank you for all the help. Wish you have an awesome 2025!!
As I have seen in the comments, I must say "I Too, look for your channel for answers and how to videos". I hope you decide to hang in there and keep doing what your doing. Maybe keep looking for new and improved ways for streaming and working with OBS, Zoom etc. I have learned much from you and hope to see more. Thank you for your content.
This channel is by far the best online streaming support that you're going to find anywhere on TH-cam. The people that make this channel happen are really likeable, helpful and very knowledgeable. That's why I support this channel and I will continue to support this channel. Besides, Michael might need to buy some parts for his BMW.
I love the channel -- search for info all the time on basic OBS methods. The big void that I see in OBS is how to monitor in real-time the audio feed in a livestream. The audio level meters show how much audio there is, but it doesn't show "What" the audio is? (We have a 16-channel mixer feeding into a single mono-output). But, there's also audio (sound tracks, background music) coming from inside the computer (aka media player) feeding into the stream and getting balance right is a guessing game for us. Looking forward to 2025.
Great vid. Love your content, well done. Maybe you could try sharing what components are best for streams, which tools you use to hold your cam, set up ect. Help people innovate and make their den/cave better. Maybe some configurations in the PC ect. Anyway, thnx for your efforts.
It's funny out there - thank you for keeping it up. You are my go-to creator when I need help with the streaming stuff. I went from zero to Twitch Partner to ESO Stream Team. Thank you for what you do. (Great Queensryche shirt.)
Well the title was clickbait 🥴 and while I find the channel helpful and am glad it isn't true, I'm also extremely annoyed by such clickbait tactics that then get us to comment. 😵💫
Thank you Michael for all those amazing vids about streaming tools. Keep up the good work. I hope you will have a fantastic 2025! Greetings from Germany :)
NO, I'm not done learning - At least so many of the topics are evergreen and when it comes to helping more new streamers, I say .. "I know a guy with information about that"
You scared me for a moment, I thought you were quitting Not because I want you to quit it’s actually the opposite. I am a small channel serving the Live Streaming community as well so seeing people like you inspire me to keep going even when views are low. It’s true this year views have been low but there was growth for sure. Keep up the good work 💪💪💪
Thank you!!!! Personal coaching take up way too much time if I want to continue to create content. The videos are a full time job when you do it all yourself.
Love the honesty and transparency Michael. What is your background? Reach out if your interested in doing a project together? I have some stuff you might be interested in. I want to see a video explaining how to warp in a video screen in OBS. Like warping a video image so it will fit on a photographed television that is off but at an odd angle.
To provide a couple of quotes by Thomas A. Edison who succeeded in changing the world as we knew it in his time "Failure is the most effective technique to optimize strategic planning, implementation and processes." and my personal favorite "I never view mistakes as failures. They are simply opportunities to find out what doesn't work." 😉
Man what a relief… glad you not going because you have help educate me on many many things that i didn’t know how to do. I take that acknowledgment and share it with others or point them in the direction of your channel. It’s so funny when you say you like to think those who would be glad to see you go. 😂 😂😂. So so disappointing you not leaving…lol…. Keep making videos to educate those that need your help. I thank all the TH-camrs who help those that don’t know how to do anything or even how to get started. I believe 2025 will be an awesome year for you. Thanks again be blessed.
A video on using Streamyard and Voicemeeter. I wanna be able to go live on Obs with streamyard and not hear myself in headphones but still hear other guest and desktop audio? Any thoughts?
Mike, I gain a lot from your channel. And I'm glad the title wasn't about you stopping your channel. I do think you need to link and promote similar content videos more at the end. And maybe use foreshadowing for those additional links? The algorithm pays more attention to additional clicks FROM your original video than the subscriber count. At least that is what I've heard. As far as additional ideas... I'm not sure this is something that you would be interested in for a content idea, but I worked extremely hard to get a ("gaming") computer to send proper signal to the actual streaming computer. In my case it was a kitchen computer with a lot of cameras to a streaming computer. This is not something I was very successful in doing without an actual capture card. I tried everything before settling on what I have now. I'm good now. But yea, it was hard. And maybe you should consider collaborations with others in your field? Those seem to do well in gaming. Anyway, I clicked like, and will try to view your suggested video link. I'm curious, does the linked video have to be yours in order to get the algorithm to like you? Maybe you can show a link to your friends vids? Anyway, have a great day.
Thank you Michael you helped me a lot and you had no ideia .

Your channel has shown me a lot of OBS related tips that have made my stream significantly better, the sort of content I’m seeking in this category now are more advanced tutorials to aid in automating / macros and looping stuff to make a one man stream setup look as good as a broadcast truck filled with a dozen crew.
Thanks for the idea! I can definitely do a video on automating stuff with OBS.
Thanks! I’m not going anywhere. :-)
Michael you are amazing and awesome. I heard the most watched videos are around a decade old.I can really relate to putting time and effort into videos and the feeling when the views go no where, it's an experience I have regularly. Happy New Year to you. Your content has been invaluable to me.
So glad to help.
Thank you!
Thank you! So glad to help.
This is the best channel Ever, You have taught us all so much , from OBS - Prism to TH-cam and growing our channels and community big Up to you and Thank you so much for all you do , You are truly an Inspiration in our life. Happy 2025 and Beyond
Thank you so much. I’m glad to help.
Thanks for your videos! I actually downloaded and installed Prism today because of you. This is my go to channel for streaming, OBS, etc. Thanks for all that you do. It is really appreciated. 👍
Thanks, I'm glad the videos have helped!
Thank you! I’m glad the channel is helpful.
Happy new year. I thank you for everything you have made. I struggle with adding new features on a budget.
Yeah that’s always a struggle. You can find cheap ways to do just about anything until you have the budget for sure.
Thanks again for another great year of hard work and sharing your skills. They have helped me a lot.
Thanks, glad to help!
You’ve taught me a lot. And the operation mindcrime shirt means we could hang out. Come guest on a stream anytime brother!
Thanks! I appreciate it.
Thanks!!!
For sure! Thanks
Thanks for the kind words. So glad to help.
Thanks!!
Thank You!!!!!! Appreciate your videos. If you are looking for other ideas, Maybe interview some streamers you like and get tips from them directly.
Thanks! Great feedback!
Your streaming tutorials and OBS tips are fantastic! You’re amazing and keep it up man!!
Thanks!
Excited to see more and honestly where streaming is headed
Thanks!!
Thanks! Glad the content is helpful.
Like Iceman said, "Don't you leave me...."
Come on now, it's the end of the channel for 2024. It's got nothing to do with quitting and people who don't want the whole video don't see it.
Such an awesome story!! Thanks. I love to know I helped you bring your kids in to do something together. That’s what cars have always done for me and my kids.
@@SpaceCadet4Jesus It was a response to the title. I watched the video twice in its entirety though but thank you.
Just let me say Michael you helped me so much , If you can get through to an old fossil like me (71 years old) that makes you some kind of super tutor, , keep making it happen for people like me and many more yet to sample your unique talents 👋👋👋👋👋👋👋
Thanks! glad to be helpful.
Thank you for keep the effort on your content. Happy new year
Thanks. You too!
Thank you! Glad to help.
Happy New Year
Thank you! I’m glad the content has helped.
I don't live stream or should I say Not Yet, but I find your information on OBS very helpful. Thanks, Michael.
I'm glad your not quitting your channel has helped me and thank you so much
I found you recently and have been utilizing so much of the knowledge and experience you share. It's invaluable to me and everyone who comes across it
Thanks! Glad to help.
Would you be interested in remoting into a streamers system and setting up their system for live streaming? You could setup a price structure and I for one would be interested in having you remote in and setup my systems for live gaming.
I have in the past but I got out of the tech biz mostly because that just wears on you after a while.
Thanks for the support!
thanks for everything cant wait to see new videos soon!
wont be long.
We appreciate you! 2025 is going to be one of your best years on TH-cam and in life.
I sure hope so. :-)
Glad to see that you are sticking to it.. just to let you know, I have a big pair of boots! For that kick in the can.(lol) Ed
Thanks! I appreciate the support.
Michael, you taught me everything I know about OBS. I can't thank you enough.
So glad to help!
I am bringing more people to your channel in 2025. Your channel is one of the hidden gems on TH-cam. More power to you and I look forward to more amazing and useful content from you in 2025. Good luck and your channel is extremely useful and important for the TH-cam community. Thank you.
Thank you so much for the support!
Maybe some further dividing/cataloging of your playlists into “beginner, intermediate, and advanced” subsets could encourage people to watch more evergreen videos, might be worth a shot. I can imagine a beginner (new viewer) letting such a playlist roll to learn. Keep up the good work!
Thanks for the feedback. I'll have to look into that.
From Australia, I wanted to thank you so much Michael! I learned a lot from your videos about various OBS plugins 🤓💯🙏
I'm so glad to have helped!
As someone new to streaming and more so OBS, this is a HUGE bummer. This channel has helped me soooo much Ím not sure where to go from here. Dońt quit, figure a way to pivot. In the words of Ross Geller, PIVOT! PIVOT!!!!!
Thanks! Glad the content is helpful.
Awesome to see you using the info and doing it!!
You've done very well and I've learned tons of information. You've helped me when I've been stuck and l appreciate knowledge!
Awesome, thank you!
Thanks for the tutorials and hardwork! Have a strong 2025!
Glad to help!
So glad to help! Thanks
that's crazy. I started my channel 2 years ago and every time i have a live stream issue i come to you.
Awesome. So glad to help.
May all your streams be as good as Michaels t-shirt... a masterpiece 😃
Haha! I like that! 😂
This channel is by far the best online streaming support that you're going to find anywhere on TH-cam. The people that make this channel happen are really likeable, helpful and very knowledgeable.
That's why I support this channel and I will continue to support this channel.
Besides, Michael might need to buy some parts for his BMW.
Always. Lol. Thanks
You're right, the audio monitoring in OBS is pretty basic. If you name your inputs that makes it easier at least.
Great vid. Love your content, well done. Maybe you could try sharing what components are best for streams, which tools you use to hold your cam, set up ect. Help people innovate and make their den/cave better. Maybe some configurations in the PC ect. Anyway, thnx for your efforts.
Thanks for the feedback!
I learned 90% of what I know about OBS from you. Thank you, Mike.
Thanks! Glad to help.
It's funny out there - thank you for keeping it up. You are my go-to creator when I need help with the streaming stuff. I went from zero to Twitch Partner to ESO Stream Team. Thank you for what you do. (Great Queensryche shirt.)
Awesome! Congrats. So glad to help.
I hope this is not clickbait… 😮
As in you hope this is true? I hope it is clickbait...
It’s hyperbolic for sure. I do a year in review every year to talk about the channel and thank this amazing audience.
@@Antzeidit got me. I am not amused
Well the title was clickbait 🥴 and while I find the channel helpful and am glad it isn't true, I'm also extremely annoyed by such clickbait tactics that then get us to comment. 😵💫
@@QuiltBlog you will survive.
Thank you Michael for all those amazing vids about streaming tools. Keep up the good work. I hope you will have a fantastic 2025! Greetings from Germany :)
Thanks, you too!
I'd love to know how to fix my camera issues. They are just either out of focus, or low resolution, even with tons of lighting.
I’d have to know what camera. :-)
@@MichaelFeyrerJr it's a Nexigo 660. probably not ideal.
Keep up the good work 💪💪💪
Thanks! Glad to help
I just found this channel! I’ve already learned a ton from you!
Thanks! Glat to help!
Do not quit nonono you awesome
Glad to help.
Hello, Feyrer You have done a great job keep up the good work you have helped me out a lot thanks see you in the next year
I would pay you for a personal coaching 30 day program if you offered! 😉 What about personal consultations in 2025?
Thank you!!!! Personal coaching take up way too much time if I want to continue to create content. The videos are a full time job when you do it all yourself.
No voids, you've been very helpful in my journey as a content creator & freelance video editor....sorry to see you leave, but pleased when you return.
:-). I’m not going anywhere.
Keep up all the great vidoes man. Love the content
Love the honesty and transparency Michael. What is your background? Reach out if your interested in doing a project together? I have some stuff you might be interested in. I want to see a video explaining how to warp in a video screen in OBS. Like warping a video image so it will fit on a photographed television that is off but at an odd angle.
I was a tech for a fortune 500 company for..... a long time.
Thank you for not quitting.
I’ll be here for another year. :-)
To provide a couple of quotes by Thomas A. Edison who succeeded in changing the world as we knew it in his time "Failure is the most effective technique to optimize strategic planning, implementation and processes." and my personal favorite "I never view mistakes as failures. They are simply opportunities to find out what doesn't work." 😉
Love it! Thanks.
Thank you so much!!
A video on using Streamyard and Voicemeeter. I wanna be able to go live on Obs with streamyard and not hear myself in headphones but still hear other guest and desktop audio? Any thoughts?
just did a video on the virtual camera you should check out.
Your tutorials been awesome!!!
So glad to help
Hi, I would like to know if you provide consulting services for how to do 24/7 live for beginners, please if yes, let me know how to proceed.
Thanks for the feedback! I always try to link relevant videos at the end of the I’ll have to do better. You can link videos from other creators.
"I remember now,
I remember how it started.."
