    Hill top projects are quiet expensive, but this house is very cheap as compared other project built. Very spacious and got greens 🤝

    Still think it's too expensive. With the average salaries in Ghana, housing prices should be far lower. Every Ghanaian deserves a safe and warm home.

      I completely agree with you… we can afford but what about the average Ghanians

      Please with all due respect, if you can afford go ahead and leave the average Ghanaian alone. In fact the average Ghanaian Is not even watching this video

      The average Ghanaian salary cannot build a fence wall in 10years. This is not for average salary workers.

    I’m tired of all the BLOCK PAVING which causes FLOODING! Why can’t it be GREEN LUSCIOUS, full of flowers 💐 etc? Why?

    Most of Ghanaians don't know the health implications of leaving close to electricity high tension

    Ghanaians don't plan before building a home. How can you build home closer to the high tension pole

    Lovely location. The overhead power lines and pylon is too close for comfort

    Nice house. But with water issues in Ghana I don't support powder room close to kitchen and dining

    • @kennykross3306
      @kennykross3306 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Which water issue. The house is already connected by water so there isnt water shortages.

    Please stop saying first level. The first level is where the dining and the living room then second floor this there all the bedrooms are. Idk if it’s a Ghana thing

    This is too expensive. Charging a price like this, why use cheap tiles and TG for the ceiling? The land size is cool but the rooms are small

    Your videos should not be more than 2 min long. people just want to see the houses. I can't finish your videos they are too freaking long all of them. All those details save them for when people go see the house .
