Erik Thompson (or “Coach T” to hundreds of his high school football players) openly shares his battle with ALS as his disease progresses. Always the champion of the underdog, Coach T and his football players, in partnership with Minky Couture, give the gift of Minky blankets to a group of special needs kids at the high school reminding each of them that they matter and are seen.
