Situational Leadership should be augmented with the four stages of psychological safety: Inclusion Safety, Learner Safety, Contributor Safety and Challenger Safety.

That sounds good - Situational Leadership models can be adapted to teams, so in principle the Psy Safety stages could be mapped onto this. But I don't know enough about the Psychological Safety model to know if that would be (a) meaningful and (b) useful. So, I suggest you try it, write it up, and I'll be delighted to take a look.

Amir, I am not sure exactly what you are asking when you refer to 'the last new theory of situational leadership'. But, there have been many situational leadership models, going back to Fiedler and Tannenbaum &Schmidt. Hersey and Blanchard developed their own trademarked commercial model. They then split, so both setup organizations selling Sit Lead products: Hersey's sold 'Situational Leadership' and Blanchard's "situational Leadership II' - both slightly different. When I train with proprietary materials, I favour Blanchard's SLII model and materials. But, for obvious reasons, when I create videos, I use a generic situational leadership model. I am not aware of any 'newer' models.

@@amiradel6274 Amir - I am not aware of any, but that does not mean there is none. I'm not an academic. So, while I try to keep up with new ideas, I do not check exhaustively. Sorry I can't help more with this.
