  • Dagan reviews the Marshall MS-2 Micro Amp - a mighty desktop amplifier that’s successfully wrapped up the classic Marshall stack tone in an affordable mini amp.

Marshall MS-2 Micro Amp in Black : bit.ly/2CE1uLk
    Red Version: bit.ly/2qLswsS
    Grey Version: bit.ly/2qMhRyp
Shop the Marshall MS-4 Micro Stack, Black: www.pmtonline.co.uk/marshall-...
This awesome mini amplifier from the team at Marshall has 1 watt of power, but busts out a sound far louder than you’d expect, and thanks to the overdrive switch packs a real punch.
You can enjoy both crisp and clear tones as well as hard, gritty overdrive at the turn of a knob making it a great practice amplifier for guitarists of all levels.
The 6.3mm headphone jack output allows for silent practice but also doubles as a preamp out so you can record direct to your DAW with that classic Marshall sound - a great amp for practising at home.

I brought one and was walking around playing back in black and other tunes when people started walking up to me and saying it was a wireless or Bluetooth device, they said guitar amps aren't that tiny and it's not a real marshall

It's great for practice. Simple and easy to use. Has okay tone and can play at 4 in the morning without annoying people. Rarely use the clean channel though.

I have it. The clean channel is too quiet, barely enuff to cover the strings’ noise. The gain channel is nice tho, good to play in my LITTLE room. For 20bucks is a must have, at least as an ornament in your music corner of the house

Barry Smegma are you sure that’s not a loose ground connection in the guitar? you’re running the guitar straight into the amp, right? no pedals? if so then it was probably just a defective unit. i have one and i know a few others and i’ve never heard of a buzz problem.

BUT: it has some incredibly nice clean/halfway clean blues tones.
