Great job in capturing the unique feeling of walking aimlessly around Venice. This calmness and excitement at the same time. The best city I've ever been to for doing exactly that ♥️
feels cathartic experiencing Venice through your lens. love the soothing character of the video and effortless pictures! Thank you for uploading this gem.
As someone that lives very close to Venice and often goes there, you really did a great job capturing the city, also kudos to you for going out early and avoided the mess that Venice can become
I have an honest question for you since you live near Venice. What happened to Venice? It looks rundown and poverty stricken! Most of the buildings paint is faded and graffiti is everywhere. Did their economy take a turn for the worst?
6:59 bro how do you even find sth like this. its like the whole scenery ist just asking to be captured. like the guy perfectly standing in the light in a dark room while working
Faizal the Q2 Mono has been my fav. It is SO cinematic, however, your b&w pics definitely get my attention. Hoping Leica has a Q3 Mono in the near future.
I just love photography videos that are just about the vibe. Take in the scenery and the life of a place with the video segments, and then see it all on a deeper level through the eye of the photographer with the photos. My favorite shot was the carpenter sanding in that perfect wash of sunlight coming down from above him. Nice grab🤘
This appears to be your year, where you are seeing more than ever before, and composing better than ever. Just the way it should -- forever improving, and never staying put. Looking forward to even more photographs of Italy, art and beautiful women. OK, you can throw in some males for the gals too. People shots, more and more people shots, with such lovely backdrops, ah the splendor. I like the worker photo. The interaction shots are hardest, yet so rewarding. I am liking the new Faizal -- stay new forever. Take care, Loren
I really enjoyed this! Letting us see what you’re seeing is extremely helpful. Technical question about the images where you’re juxtaposing sunlight and shadow… are you shooting in manual and exposing for the sunlight (some variation of Sunny 16)? I’m new to street photography, and so am used to letting the camera meter for me.
Wonderful impressions from one of the most enigmatic cities in the world. It's been a long time since I've been there. And now it's so present again. Thanks for that. May I ask who wrote the beautiful piano music? Thanks!
Now that you are using the Q3, is there anything specific that you love about it as compared to when you were using the Q2? It seems like the screen tilt and the added image quality are the 2 big new features but I wasn't sure if something else stuck out for you.
Great impressions! One of the most beautiful cities I have ever seen. Get out there, get lost, take your camera with you! How was your experience with the Leica? I once had had a Leica M240 until I sold it because of the bad dynamic range. What‘s your impression?
Looks like you stayed in the working class section of Venice - my favorite area away from the tourists. Many of your shots look like they were taken in Mazorba or Burano. Great Job and nice choice of music to go with it.
great photos!!! im glad i stumbled across your chanel, there's so much to learn from!! are you shooting raw and edit or r these jpegs? thank youu, keep doing what you're doing!!!
I really enjoy your videos. Just curious as to the use of Dutch angles in so many of your images. Do you think this feeds from your last video about cliche vs not cliche? Thanks again for another great vicarious travel experience.
So what do you think, Faizal? Is it worth 6k? You plan on snagging one? I was thinking about purchasing a Q3, but I'm not sure its worth the upgrade from my 100V and XT-5.
(hello faizal ). I wanted only to say , if you want to get better in photography , you have to read lots of books about photography. if you study , you'll make less mistake in photography ! you can't be an astronaut or a doctor if you don't study . studies prevent from you making mistakes !
It's an awesome brand and Q3 seems like it has some game changing UI design. The price is out of my range, but will definitely rent one to give it a go.
As someone who is planning to travel to Italy, I must ask, is it safe to walk around with a Leica? I’m Asian and I’ve never been, heard a lot about sometimes the streets of Italy could be a little sketchy… no offense to anyone who is from Italy tho
Thanks for the nice video! However, I must offer some constructive criticism to help improve your still photography skills. I believe you have great potential overall, and I really like the concept of combining videos and actual images from the moment. However, your still images are not keeping up with your videos. While the music and moving pictures make a good impression, there are certain aspects, such as composition, that could be improved when analyzing the stills individually. This is especially noticeable in your vertical shots. Keep up the good work, and have a great day! Thanks again for the video! P.S.: I have noticed a few more comments regarding the composition of your images, so it appears that I am not alone in this opinion. Therefore, I would suggest taking another look and reevaluating them before incorporating them into your videos. A good wise curator friend of mine once said, "you will always be judged by your worst picture, not your best one." So keep that in mind. With love and respect! All the best!
Thanks for the video! Do you really think that Leica pictures still have a "look", or is this a gimmick from the past film photography that does not apply to digital photography. After all they have Sony sensors and Panasonic tech on them. Anything that you cannot do editing? Other that bragging rights and the beauty of them?
I've only used a Q2 and a Q3 and I don't own any so hard for me to say. I really don't even know what that is. I think maybe the Leica look is more geared towards their lenses than their cameras and specifically the longer focal lengths. But it's probably bull crap lol.
Great job in capturing the unique feeling of walking aimlessly around Venice. This calmness and excitement at the same time. The best city I've ever been to for doing exactly that ♥️
This was relaxing.
What a wonderful and relaxing way to spend 13 minutes. Thank you for spending the time to put this together and to share it. 🙏
Excellent work Faizal, you have captured the true essence of Venice. Many thanks for sharing
feels cathartic experiencing Venice through your lens. love the soothing character of the video and effortless pictures! Thank you for uploading this gem.
Thanks for sharing your walk, your photos, and a laidback vibe, Faizal. ☕Cheers!
As someone that lives very close to Venice and often goes there, you really did a great job capturing the city, also kudos to you for going out early and avoided the mess that Venice can become

@@bmprosser74 i think it's simply because Venice is an old city, and that's what they are selling so they want to keep it authentic.
Great job on the video. I love how it captures your shooting style. Great integration of showing the shots from the camera. Love the ambience.
6:59 bro how do you even find sth like this. its like the whole scenery ist just asking to be captured. like the guy perfectly standing in the light in a dark room while working
Wundervolle, stimmungsvolle Bilder! Sehr inspirierend! Danke! 🙏 Wolf

Lovely, I like the window reflection captures. Different look from Venice.

Loved this. Stunning images and terrific music choices. Really captured a mood. Thank you!
I love Venice. Spent 4 days there in July. So beautiful and relaxing.
I will never get tired of watching this dude's videos
Hey Man, i'm in Venezia and Tuscany right now and it is crazy. So many things to see, so many things to capture. Hope u had a great time.
at 3:42 the two ladies in red on both sides of the two waiters, the color composition is so sick, it could be a great shot !
I really enjoyed this! Letting us see what you’re seeing is extremely helpful.

This is awesome, nothing special, yet extraordinary. Captures the feeling of being there with you on the streets. Love this 🙌🙌
Did you shoot those very nice videos with the X-T5 or GoPro?
Now that you are using the Q3, is there anything specific that you love about it as compared to when you were using the Q2? It seems like the screen tilt and the added image quality are the 2 big new features but I wasn't sure if something else stuck out for you.

Great great stuff, love all the photos and the music selection was on point. Thanks for this!
Amazing video, great images! Bravo! May I ask - what time of the year you've been there? So peaceful
Very beautiful, thanks. This is the Venice that I love, makes me feel like a local away from the tourists.
Love your videos, and your pics. Thoughtful. Engaging. Calm. I love my q2! I’d love to know what photo books have been important to you.
Great video! Did you crop your photos?
Nice one Faizal. Relaxing photo walk with nice shots. Love how you captured the colors of Castello!
Man such a cool video! I really liked your use of color and geometry. I'm booking a ticket to Venice as well :)
The photo ops seem to be endless. Your photos are lovely! Loved the music!
Beautiful video and photography Faizal!
Looks like you stayed in the working class section of Venice - my favorite area away from the tourists. Many of your shots look like they were taken in Mazorba or Burano. Great Job and nice choice of music to go with it.
Beautiful images and nice accompaniments. Feel totally chilled after this 😊
Enjoy your vlog and photos a lot! Thank you! Can I ask what is the settings for window reflection shootings?
I press on the like first and then watch the video. Beautiful as always! Thanks Faizal
Howdy. Really enjoy your stuff. I'm toying with 28mm prime occasionally for my street and wondered how much, if any, you are cropping in post
wow the shot at 03:50 looks like a still from a classic movie or something!!!✨
Truly enjoyable video - great perspective - thank you
That was actually very pleasant. Totally missed that there was no yackity yack until the very end. Nicely done.
great shots as always, love your POV vids
Really nice images as always. Thanks for taking us along!
westcott does not miss. ever. wow.
Love your free style of photography. I’m the one who wants to keep all the lines and horizon straight. Very nice video!

great photos!!! im glad i stumbled across your chanel, there's so much to learn from!! are you shooting raw and edit or r these jpegs? thank youu, keep doing what you're doing!!!
Thats probably the perfect location for the Q3, very nice pics!
You should make a playlist with all the music from your videos. :)
I really enjoy your videos. Just curious as to the use of Dutch angles in so many of your images. Do you think this feeds from your last video about cliche vs not cliche?
Thanks again for another great vicarious travel experience.
thanks for taking us on a stroll! loved it :) havn't been in vanice since 2018
love the photo with the cat on the windowsill
Lovely, classy background music. A Q2M suits you.
just gorgeous- this made my day
woww the shot at 10:45 is stunning! love a good frame within a frame
Nice images! May I ask which LR presets did you use for these images?
Beautiful vid.. Heading there myself in 2 weeks, really inspirational.
So effortlessly you make it to look.....👍
beautiful as always faizal. makes me miss italy so much
So what do you think, Faizal? Is it worth 6k? You plan on snagging one? I was thinking about purchasing a Q3, but I'm not sure its worth the upgrade from my 100V and XT-5.
I can't speak for you, but I don't shoot 28mm enough to justify it. I much prefer shooting longer focal lengths
Sold my X-T5 together with Fujinon Lenses for the Q3.
DID NOT REGRET.
What a beautiful video
Beautiful as always
A very satisfying video. I enjoyed watching this.
I love your visual composition.
(hello faizal ). I wanted only to say , if you want to get better in photography , you have to read lots of books about photography. if you study , you'll make less mistake in photography !
you can't be an astronaut or a doctor if you don't study . studies prevent from you making mistakes !
So says the maestro with the unwatchable videos on youtube.
A collection of gems!
Sick bro! So talented👌🏿Keep doing whatever you're doing
How would you compare the colors from the Q2 to the Q3
first
:)
Absolutely stunning!
my heart jumped when I saw the carpenter working I just wanted to take a photo
Silly questions but Are the photos edited or straight out of camera?
So good! I love your pics!
Nice work man, great video and photos.
Your photos have temperature, i really mean it. Keep going man.
It's an awesome brand and Q3 seems like it has some game changing UI design. The price is out of my range, but will definitely rent one to give it a go.
I have the same problem (price) and thought the same regarding renting. Until I saw the rent prices and even that is ihr it my range 😅
Great work! defiantly underrated.
Love your videos Faizal. So so good. thanks for sharing this with us.
Especially love pic 9:00 and clip 10:53 ❤
What do you film the pov with? Go pro?
Lovely video… inspires me go and shoot more street.
Amazing, you make it look easy
Beautiful ☀️
Those B&W 🤩🙌
Amazing work!

super dope video and awesome image :))
where do you take pictures
Faizal, Why not just photograph everything at 28mm and then crop in post processing?
I have a question, are the stills all out off camera?
F.
Is the Q3 a loaner or did you 'upgrade' from the xt5? ;)
this video was therapy
Who shoots you in these videos !? 🙂
"its just wine"? are you out of your mind!? its not OK!!!! hahahaha!
What POV camera are you using strapped to your chest?
Thanks for the video! Do you really think that Leica pictures still have a "look", or is this a gimmick from the past film photography that does not apply to digital photography. there is indeed a unique look to the photographs you took, the leica look?
